Geelong just jumped from 9th up to 4th. Infuriating.

Wouldn't that be nice? Having a finals spot wrapped up with two games remaining and be pushing for top 4. Perhaps finally we will deliver.

Hoping for a Sydney win here. It will end the Essendrugos chances of making finals. Look at their supporters melting down, I despise every last one of them. We still have a chance to peg the Swans back in Round 21...

One thing we can all agree on is that we should get him back in as an assistant coach and let him redeem himself and become a legend of the MFC.

A few decent chances of upsets this week - Geelong vs Brisbane - unfortunately its in Geelong, but the Lions are playing very good footy Freo vs Hawthorn - Dockers beat Port at home a couple of weeks ago, while hawks lost to the Lions in Tassie. Dockers with some handy players back this week too. Doggies vs Port - Port are overrated, the Bont is back and the game is in Ballarat. If we can get an upset (preferably a couple) from those three games it will be a great result.

So we are ranked second best chance for the flag, yet we may not even make the finals. Its really going to hurt if we miss again. We could have done some damage in last years finals too.

Bernie Vince gave Lynch a bath when we smashed them earlier in the season. So that match up is a no brainer. Then we have O Mac and Frost vs Walker and Jenkins. The big worry is who plays on McGovern if he plays forward? Hoping he plays back for them with Doedee likely not playing.

The week Hunt looks ready to go, Casey have a bye. Does anything ever work out for us? He may be an outside chance vs the Crows. Yes hes been out a while but we need him off half back.

Possibly without Oliver, Harmes, Lever, Viney and Hibberd. This would be a win to rival the game vs West Coast in 1998 over in Perth.

We will beat Adelaide. We will destroy Gold Coast. We will then get Viney and Hibberd back for the Sydney game. We will win the last 5 matches and finish top 4. Enjoy the show.

Harmes remains a chance to get up for Saturday night's clash against Adelaide despite having surgery to fix a broken hand on Monday. The midfielder will be tested at training on Wednesday. The Demons expect Vineyand Hibberd to return in round 21. Casey has a bye this weekend, so Hunt should be available to play the week after.

Not even worried about his latest flare up. Was probably inevitable with all the time he had out and how delicate the foot and toe is. Apparently hes aiming for him to be back for the Sydney game.

Feel free to remind me of any inside mail you had in the past that has come to fruition so I can get excited about Gaff. Was it you that said Roos was definitely coming to us? I get mixed up with posters sometimes.
