CHANGES: Rd 15 vs Brisbane
Mitch Brown will surely be dropped, but with Dogga replacing Max and Weid effectively replacing Dogga, leaves us a forward down. Do they debut JVR? VFL form been great but premature to play, don’t want to stifle development. Or do they play Majak? Or do they throw Petty forward and bring Tommo back?? arggghh tough week at selection. Depth will be tested!

My 3 word player analysis v Collingwood
Lever’s season has been incredibly disappointing. Whether it’s his ineffectiveness without May or just a form slump, he gets seriously exposed defending 1v1 and can’t seem to capture his intercepting prowess. If he was an anonymous player he would be on the chopping board.

POSTGAME: Rd 13 vs Collingwood
Obviously important to remember that Premierships are not won in June, also that last year we had some ‘scoring problems’ and a very unsettled forward line. We were kicking low scores and kept changing structure. It all came together in the end. But still a matter of concern. Forward line is clogged and players don’t lower the eyes kicking in. Something positive is the form of James Jordon! What a player!

MFC Rebranding for Indigenous Round
longsleeve guernsey already available at the dees shop. A bit too extravagant for my liking, reminds me of the bulldogs. https://shop.melbournefc.com.au/melbourne-demons-indigenous-2022-long-sleeve-guernsey/

CHANGES: Rd 07 vs Hawthorn
Don’t think there’s a chance he plays. They’ve been playing Weideman as a ruck in the VFL recently and I think they’d rather play him + Tmac

Looks like Weideman will stay in the side. Haven’t seen the incident but that sounds incredibly out of character for Ben Brown.- CHANGES: Rd 05 vs GWS

Joel Smith’s athleticism gives him the ability to play small. Tommo has been solid - I don’t understand calls to drop him. I’d be dropping Hunt for Lever - he’s just not up to it and makes poor decisions too often.- GAMEDAY: Rd 03 vs Essendon
Apparently Brown is just a close contact- GAMEDAY: Rd 03 vs Essendon
