  1. Hawthorn has moved out. Dignly is virtually ready for them.
  2. I blame the club for the contract, but the demise of Oliver over the last three seasons is due to his own behaviour. He is a club legend, BUT not from what he has delivered to the CLUB since the start of 2023. We have to lift our standards and thus why anyone who has dropped thir lip can be moved on and bringing in Stelle lifts the standards and culture.
  3. We have to do this reset before the Tasmanian devils come into the league. Otherwise we are going to be screwed like we were when gws and Gold Coast did. Also, how many of those players genuinely will be part of our next premiership tilt? I genuinely believe people don't want our legends to move on, but I think the culture they have created is the reason we have been subpar since the Grand final.
  4. My definition of culture is what you do when no one is looking. If you think the players are not responsible for this, then you are delusional.
  5. Surely Tim Lamb's job is in jeopardy. Haven't traded in a gun since Langdon and Brown, and the contracts he has been dishing out to the geriatrics and injury-prone are stiffling the club. We need to get a fresh perspective and list-management ethos, just like we have done so far with the coach, CEO and in-coming president.
  6. He was on the back of my duffle coat. That's all you have to say!
  7. Here you go: http://archive.today/bDopj
  8. No way in hell is three a bag. Six is always a bag. Players still kick em yet we play the 'oh it's too hard so we'll lower the threshold' so we can use the term 'bag'. Five and under is a handful.
  9. Spoke to an Essendon supporter who told me that Skipworth's coaching method is shouting and waving arms on the boundary. Similar to this guy:
  10. I think a Dany Daly is exactly what we need. The new manager type coach that will keep the egos in check is one I want running the club. Richardson has done nothing but cheerlead the illusion of a stable club.
  11. That first half is the reason he needs to move on. The group look uninspired, uninterested and unmotivated.
  12. I love how we want to throw this kid out as a bust, yet rave about Neale-Bullen. People laud what he brought to the club in the last 4 years at the Dees, BUT in his entire 192 games at the Dees, he averaged only 15.79 possessions. And in his first 15 games, it was just over 10! The Kolt is at 9.88. Based on these stats, ANB would have been GAWNE a long time before he grew into his role. Unfortunately, our supporters think patience is only applicable for hospitals.
  13. I'm sorry but you don't get a plumber to fix a faulty powerpoint.
  14. The issue with Binman's stats is that mindset cannot be measured by Campion Data. It is measured with your eyes, and we all saw that we were ranked 18th for it yesterday. It has been the biggest issue in the last four seasons is the big ego players only buy into their own way of playing selfish footy. Trac wants to play mid at the detriment of the team to increase his Brownlow votes (quote from a very high Melbourne person no longer at the club).
  15. Well, how do you get him ready? Play him there. What do we do instead? Play Trac and Oliver in there. That's worked a treat THIS YEAR hasn't it.
  16. That's it. Officially done 20 minutes into the game. Season over. There is no way this coaching and playing group can continue. We need a complete cleanout. Whoever is not going to be part of our next flag move them on. If they don't want to be there, move them on. Thanks for the flag, Goody but you cannot give anything more. Choco and Richardson, you can move on, too. I'd rather cop it for a year than watch whatever this is being served up right now. The days of soft Melbourne since 2021 must come to an end.
  17. He did break his hand early in the first quarter.
  18. No point having the best looking mailboxes on the street if Australia Post's delivery is still ****house!
  19. Well if they are that means they are going to be TWO big units down in 2026!
  20. I've heard from a very reliable source who is very in the know with the Gold coast suns that White will want to choose Melbourne so he can wear the number 34 like his dad did.
  21. Did I read right? JVR who kicked 58 goals in two seasons with consistent footy, Rivers who was almost our best midfielder when Trac was gone, and Lever the intercept (and free kick giving) machine. I cannot agree. I'd be moving on Spargo, Laurie, Fullerton, Billings, McAdam (pay him out), Petty (nothing about his game playing as a forward him a threat), Melksham and McDonald (if they want to retire, and any other lost cloggers you can think of. I also think the club needs to tell players like Viney and Frac their midfield minutes are reducing to bring through the new wave. Don't like it then thanks and enjoy your new club. Finally, chuck in Tim Lamb for his rediculous contracts and Alan Richardson (feels like a cheerleader).
  22. Apologies all. Here is the video.

  25. I knew our goalkicking had been bad, but not for this long, and it has virtually ruined the last 3 1/2 years' chance of success. Click thumbnail for video.
