Ben Cousins is a freak. I watched him play the other night I think he is even bigger than when he was suspended. I also noticed our lack of size last night. At first i put it down to most of our team being young and gangly however Jones and Miller just seem to have lost some physical presence, in that I mean size.

I think we're in a better position than most at the bottom of the table (to poach) as we have players that would be attractive to other clubs.

Did anyone else notice Bell shrink away from the confrontation earlier in the quarter after giving away a free for the shepherd?

I loved the heritage jumpers as well. My first jumper was the royal blue. Regardless of what a lot of people think it’s still a part of our history. I would have no issues with Melbourne wearing them as a clash Jumper.

Now that our seasons done and dusted like so many before (although not so early). I'm asking myself which team would I rather win the premiership. For me I hate Collingwood with a passion and coming in at a close second is Sydeny. But there are certain teams that if they won wouldn't hurt so much.

It's been difficult for me to see many games this year (being in Sydney get to see Swans play on both free to air and Austar) but i've read a lot about Newton on this site. So far not impressed.

I really like Jone's style of play. No I love it. He's hard at the footy and has a good footy brain.

My whole family were collingwood supporters. My uncle was the kind of guy who liked being with the winning club which at the time was Melbourne. My Dad being the youngest, idolised his brother and hence out of a family of Pies supporters emerged my uncle and Dad. Both my brother and I had no chioce. In fact my father pretended that my brother had top leave home at five when he wanted to follow the swans like his friends. We even packed his bags, unitl he started screaming he's a Melbourne supporter. My mother was a Hawthorne member until told by Dad he would not marry a supporter from another club. So we are all Demons now including my NSW born wife and two month old boy.
