Interesting about the new HQ. Docklands is out of the question too much a green field site. Stake Holders ie Council and State Government has a big say in what is available. PJ said they are looking for a CBD site close to The "G" Now unless it is The "G" or a redeevlopment of Yarra Park to incorporate a new training, Gym and Social facility, I cant think of any CBD site close to the "G" that could handle it

Since JW was drafted and the next big thing. The only news around Melbourne was JW. Apart from an 18 month interlude of MN antics. Since then JW talk has overpowered everything at the club. They also had good skills, but they aren't desperate to put in at every contest, and do the desperate things to help your team mate get the ball. GWS are a long way off winning a GF with that attitude. Jack watts is long way off playing in a final with his attitude. There are at least a 1/2 doz. demons with similar attitudes.

My Post Mortem revolves around the Assistant Coaches. Jade the Blade has been coaching our backline since Adam was a pup. What have they learned in 6 years???? I think he is now qualified as a grade 4 coach. Time he went somewhere else and stuffed their backline up. Ben Mathews coaching Mid Field and Stoppages our biggest failing against good sides ( and also bad sides) Our side is only as good as they are coached.

Kent, Harry "O" Trenners, Garland, Kennedy, Bugg, Hullett, White, Vince and anyone who effing butchered the ball on Sat. Salem was a prime offender. Hunt was never on his man. His running off and then butchering the ball left his man open for a rebound. Who was meant to be doing the grunt work in the centre and stoppages. We lost most of them. That performance goes down as the worst for the year. I am glad we didn't make the finals. It would have been a waste of money going to Adelaide Oval to see them thrashed.

No I didn't say that. At the moment Trenners doesn't have the speed to play AFL. I would like to see him play if he was 100%. I just don't think he ever will reach those heights again.
