  1. As for James Jordan's tips ... if you chose to not back any of his odds-on/even money tips today then you may have only had 5 only win bets at Morphettville. 4 of them saluted paying as follows ... 2.50, 3.30, 3.50 & 4.00. The other lost by a nose and was paying 3.30. 2 of his 4 odds-on chances won for an overall win rate of 6 from 9.
  2. Backing each horse to win seperately might be the go much like it could be with James Jordan's tips. Break even or turn a handy profit if the strike rate is at least 50%. I will be doing it that way at Morphettville next week. As for our tips ... back them straight out and do a 4 pick multi just in case (?)
  3. Best Bet Strike Rate 27: 15 - 5 - 1 Australian Group & Listed Races
  4. I did a few trifectas based on his picks but that didn't work It's multi them up if we can get the tips early or just back his picks to win straight out (as they come) ... but it's early doors Wadda. The good bit is that he could save us doing the form in Adelaide ... he certainly knows what he's talking about.
  5. A couple more races worth a look at ... Tonight - Ascot 1000 Guineas 3yo Fillies Race 7 (8.05pm) Sha Tin (Sunday) $3.5Million Hong Kong Derby 2000m (7.35pm) Quite a number of familiar horses in the HK Derby and it's interesting that the age of the horses is 4 ... must be something to do with universal birthdates in the Northern hemisphere. Is it an Jan 1st?
  6. Looks a good horse worth following Wadda. Jamie Kah (the jockey) was saying that it's a very special horse so there you go. Good pick D77 2 from 4 today with our best bets ... the 2 that missed were disappointing though. James Jordan is worth following too ... 6 wins from 9 and could have had a couple more.
  7. @Wadda We Sing James Jordan likes Despatch in the last
  8. The lucky last delivers a trifecta (finally) Now fot JJ's final tip at Morphettville.
  9. Why not ... it's the place to be!
  10. Thought it was going to hang on
  11. @Wadda We Sing Reap the Benefit - no.7
  12. Tom Melbourne comes 2nd again! ... Comin' Through wins well though and is nicely weighted for the Doncaster (according to Waller)
  13. We need to find out how to get JJ's tips earlier if possible ... the info has to be somewhere on the net.
  14. They are different tips at Racing.com from those by James Jordan with the TV coverage. As far as I can make out he gives his tips out just prior to the race.
  15. Alizee got too far back @Demon77 ... not far from the winner in the end in a blanket finish. The winner (Daysee Doom) too good though.
  16. Bit late but James got his 4th winner ... Miss Identified. All quite short though so it's watch this space, Wadda
  17. I'm on as well ... need a collect too
  18. Yep ... it's either unexplainable or there's possibly a good reason. Tosen will be decent odds in its next run. It was beaten a long way from home.
  19. Yeah D77 ... 'Sandbar' wasn't far away (1.4 lengths) in it's last run won by Santos. 'Written By' ran half a second quicker than Sunlight today as well. Races are raced with different tempo's so the time isn't the be all and end all. But as you said, the Slipper could be a beauty.
  20. Nice win by 'Sunlight' although she didn't have it all her way ... needed the gallop according to the jockey & trainer.
  21. Well James Jordans tips aren't the same as the best-bet tips on racing.com.
  22. Well we know that James gives his tips out just before the race so that's something.
  23. Well on Racing.com the 'Best-bets; were the same except the 4 was named 4th instead of the 7. So the first 3 picks were the same. Tim Edwards also put his tips up but I don't know anything about him. The 'Best-bet' picks have been up since Wednesday where as Tim's tips only went up today. I'm just going to keep an eye out ... are you on twitter Wadda? Maybe we could find out his tips that way
  24. James Jordan picked the trifecta in order in the 1st at Morphettville. If he keeps that up we'll have discovered a licence to print money
  25. Yeah Wadda I meant that if you took the first leg at best possible fixed odds (or enhanced/boosted odds) and then let the winnings roll over to the next leg where you bet the same way. The odds can end up being better overall by doing it that way. Anyway, I've done my usual bets with our picks ... multi up the 4 (out already with 'Hear the Chant' not winning!) and then a small outlay on the 4 trebles.
