Trump v. Biden
No loss from my part At least I'm up front about my views And if Trump is not a racist pig then what is he? A non racist? You are defending the indefensible but you'll get plenty of support from your brethren And I couldn't care less Cya

Trump v. Biden
But I was never a Hillary fan ... that's where you keep getting it wrong. The Dems would have won the last election (IMO) with a better candidate and I said so at the time. Do you think that anyone who isn't a Trump fan is a rusted on leftie? You bat for your team so much (conservatives) that you see everyone else as the enemy There are a stack of people who sit somewhere in the middle including most of my friends and acquaintances. They are neither left or right (with any passion) As I keep saying, the far left and the alt-right are the real problem here (not this thread particularly)

Trump v. Biden
No I am saying I copped the loss fair & square and didn't moan about it or make excuses You should do the same But here you are mirroring your beloved white supremacist leader banging on about voter fraud Be a person of character and cop it Wrecker. It's the decent thing to do By the way, you and a few other Trump fans here are forever going to be associated with Trump. There will be no escape no matter how much you try and disassociate yourself from him Mud sticks

Trump v. Biden
If want to know how to be a good winner you need to learn how to not be a bad loser No complaints from me last election Wrecker ... none. Took the loss fair & square. You should do the same And who's to say that the Republicans aren't meddling with the voting process (Russia?) The whinging from the alt-right mirrors those who are from the far left. Similar types when it all boils down And by the way, I don't vote for the left so it's no good throwing Democrat stuff at me as I'm probably going to agree! Both extreme groups from both sides are as bad as each other

Another Footy Frenzy for 2021
I didn't mind the footy frenzy ... during the school holidays (June/July?) works in terms of a captive audience and lets face it, there's not a lot of quality programming on TV anyway. As much as I now view the sport as a defence based sport (a bit of a grind) it's still miles better than the junk we get served up as an alternative (especially on the commercial networks)

Nuggets' Music Videos
The doco was made this year so it will be new to most. American slant of course but vinyl is vinyl and it has universal appeal

The Soccer thread
Some EPL highlights from last night ... the links might take you back to youtube (to view) or you may be able to view the clips here The terrific part of these Optus Sports clips are that they don't give away the scoreline beforehand. Readily available on youtube not too long after the games are completed as well p.s. the Title is up for grabs!

A Day at the Races
Wow! ... a more than decent performer is 'Inspirational Girl' ... cruised past them in the Railway under hands and heels by Pike Meteoric rise for the lightly raced 5yo Mare but a trip to the East has to be on the cards soon enough The All Star Mile in the Autumn looks ideal but the way she hit the line you'd imagine she'll get 2000m.

A Day at the Races
I'm in front after getting Big Boy Roy & Excess Funds up ... 2 value runners winning is sometimes all that you need. But my exacta's haven't really delivered today. Tough going trying to find a winner on Ballarat Cup day at the best of times but even the exotics are difficult Got a couple of bets going at Ascot and if I get one up I'll end up having a good day I sometimes do a pick 4 or 5 on the NFL ... Halftime/Fulltime the preference. I lean on 1 or 2 road teams if it looks like being one of those types of weeks (we should know by now!)

A Day at the Races
The race is so wide open that the exacta could pay quite well (apart from the other exotics) So that's where I'm going and I'm including the 2 that you've mentioned Gorg

Welcome to Demonland - Picks 18 & 19
Stating the obvious but if we do go to the draft with our existing picks then you could assume that we've got our eye on 5 or 6 players that could be around 18, 19 & 28 mark Or we could well trade some or all of the picks ... 4 clubs have multiple picks in the first round and we have dealt with GWS, North & Essendon in recent times There's talk that the Bombers might trade 6 & 8 for North's pick 2 and if that happened North might be able to trade 6 or 8 back to us But I'm speculating of course ... we've probably made up our mind what we're going to do but late opportunities could present.

NFL
And no one picked them in the comp either Gorg. Grand total of 1 road winner today (so far) and I believe you're the only one left who could pick up a point this week Good luck!

A Day at the Races
Haha! I'd take that return anytime Gorg ... close enough to a $5k profit per annum. But most punters are behind if the truth be known And that sort of return pays for 2 week's holiday within Australia ... if one knows how to find the best deal's (who wants to travel overseas anymore anyway? haha) It's how I generally go about betting on a Saturday ... a series of small bets to win moderate amounts with a couple of spec bets to win big. For instance, I'm using a few bonus bets at the Donald races today And any bonus bets, matched deposits & boost's all contribute towards a possible profit So an interest becomes a hobby which then can become a profitable exercise, however ... #AlwaysGambleResponsibly

A Day at the Races
Same here but once the favourite was scratched Allibor's chances of winning increased a lot. I originally managed to get 15-1 boosted but ended up getting 15-2 after deductions! Still decent odds considering Allibor was a virtual moral to get into the finish even with Aysar running

A Day at the Races
Had a good day thanks to Gator ... tipped me into 5 winners all at each-way odds (or thereabouts) When he is on he's close to spot on. For those who are interested, Gator's tips are freely available through best bets & racing.com

Anyone for cricket?
You could have compared Pukovski to the thousands of young stars across a myriad of sports who have made it in the big time but you chose to drag out Graham Hick. haha Brighten up a bit DJ, Pukovski is a rare talent who I not only admire for his talents, but more so being able to be honest about his own health He passed up a chance to play for Australia at the time as well Kudos to the bloke I say

A Day at the Races
Very good point about the end of the prep's versus the fresher horses. Always that way at this Sandown meeting Anyway, got Anamoe up in the first with Ollie on board (double winnings too) so I'm close to playing with house money for the rest of the day JV! Good luck to all today!
