This easily gets a nod in my top 10 (squeezed between Soc and Gandhi). Gary's squeezes into the top 10 (although I haven't listened to it - but judging from Demonland, it clear is superior to carp like “I Have a Dream” by Martin Luther King Jr. (1963) and “We Shall Fight on the Beaches” by Winston Churchill (1940). John Kennedy's "Don't think, do" ranks at 1,967, 456, 835 on my personal list.
