Okay, so you want him then.
  2. Considering the club went out to trade in another best 22 wingers doesn’t fill me with confidence about how they rate his chances of recovery. I hope I’m wrong for Kade’s sake.

    Punctuation?

So apart from a bit of ‘charlie’ what else are the personal issues here?
  5. Ex-gun key forward Taylor Walker for a 3rd rounder.
  6. I’m enjoying the vagueness of it all to be fair.
  7. Not really. If you’re playing with a back complaint and the opposition knows it, you might invite some extra attention to that area during the game. It obviously wasn’t severe enough to stop him from playing but clearly enough to hinder his performance.
  8. The Brayshaw rumour was killed days ago. Why persist?

Wouldn’t be a normal day on demonland without your positive reinforcement. ?

Will prove all doubters wrong next year with AA fullback honours. Has all the tools to do so, just get his body right and he’ll be magnificent.

We hope like crazy Tmac stays fit. We pray to the old Gods and the new that Weideman blossoms in 2020. We bring in junk time Jenkins for insurance purposes.

Rare athleticism has to be given a little more leeway. We lack X factor so I hope he can get fit and create some excitement.
  13. Gaff at the end of last year was really appealing given that we’d made a preliminary final. The missing ingredient of outside gut running was there for the taking in the form of an RFA. It seemed ideal. Fast forward to now, the completion of our season, the acceptance by many that we may still be further away than we thought, the status of the list, Gaff being a year older but, still playing very good footy... Is it still a wise decision? I’m not so sure.
  14. I considered exactly that as I typed the previous post. I don’t claim to be a physio or anything of the like but I’d be surprised if 4kg of lean muscle to help his strength would impact too greatly.
  15. With an uninterrupted pre season I’m hoping we can see Jake have a ripper 2020. Still cant get past the feeling he’d be better playing four kilos heavier and holding his ground a little better in one on ones. I don’t feel that this would affect his intercept capability.
  16. I thought you were a deeper thinker.
  17. I’m surprised at the claims of back issues. I mean seriously, if it has any merit to it, why did we continue playing him during a disaster of a season? As for Brayshaw’s ability and career prospects, I don’t hold the doom and gloom fear like @DeeSpencer does. The bloke polled third in a Brownlow medal count ffs when the team was up and about. I think it’s more than fair to assume the position of Gus being another by-product of a really poor year. It’s pretty difficult to show your wares in a team sport when you’re surrounded by mediocrity.
  18. I just want to see some year to year stability in the Demonland banner for once.
  19. I truly hope this doesn’t transpire.

It seems that anyone on Demonland has NFI. Me included.

Ricky only has interests in the top of cisterns.
  22. Can’t believe you expended the energy of a reply to that mate.
  23. If his old man takes up the Dockers CEO job I could see this coming to fruition one day - but not yet. Of all the media I’ve seen of all the Brayshaw’s, they seem like a family with really strong values and I reckon Gus will honour his current contract with us. Having all the kids close by is something a lot parents would love but others like the Brayshaw’s probably prefer they grow from experience of the ups and downs of life rather than the cuddles from mum and dad or his bro’s in Perf.
  24. My lefty sources tell me he was drinking an almond milk latte with Nate Fyfe before going to inspect a few potential rammed earth homes with Pav and Longmuir and Belly.
  25. Ooze misses out on Adelaide coach. Commits to 2022 with Hawks. 2023 MFC head coach?
