Let's hope the pass mark Goodwin is seemingly giving him is part of the process in getting him out of his rut. Otherwise, he's accepting of mediocre efforts from a guy who has all the tools to be a very damaging player but unable to deploy them in tight games.

Brereton made the observation within the game. Did the coaches fail to do that or did Jesse play a different game to their instructions? The quicker it's sorted the better because Hogan playing as a KPF would've quite likely have meant the 4 points went to us. I love Hogan as much as anyone but brushing this off as nonsense is a nonsense in itself.

Petracca is in a rut. He had one good quarter against Port to mask his poor season thus far. The kid was pick 2 and highly rated due to his ‘freakish’ abilities. He’s in a rut relative to his development phase. I think we should all raise our expectations of Petracca.

The way the game is umpired right now is the single most irritating thing I have ever experienced in all my time watching it. I would go as far to say it’s going to turn fans away in droves if something isn’t done to arrest the ridiculous over-complication of the game.
