Isn’t it funny how some of the most frequent of posters have suddenly disappeared after Mark Brayshaw was interviewed? I don't know if it's been mentioned earlier in this thread but in my opinion it's pretty clear that the swinging arm was directed at Brayshaws chest but right at that moment when Gaff started the swing, Brayshaw dipped enough that he weared it flush in the mouth. I expect this to be argued in his defence. I wouldn't be surprised if it was the knuckle on the index finger that did the damage either as the fist would've struck more from that side of the hand.

One thing's for sure, it's going to be compulsory viewing of the twitter feed of the tribunal as to what Gaffs lawyer comes up with. Due to the outcome based adjudication in these cases, he's gone for the year. However the case put forward by the WCE lawyers will be instrumental in how Gaff is able to resurrect his image and continue to play footy. It was bad and I feel terrible for Brayshaw but I'm adamant that Gaff isn't a thug. It doesn't change my opinion that the MFC would benefit greatly from his services.
