Certainly no issues with a receding hairline for photo shoots Adzman!
  2. that might explain some of the clearance issues DS
  3. 10 turnovers today really hurt himself and team momentum at stages. Although he did get a fair bit more of it on the outside today vs usual (32 Ups vs season average 18). Might have had a soft tag to put the pressure on a bit more than previously and was trying to run to receive a little more to break the tag. The meters covered today would be interesting vs his average also if someone can get that info.
  4. i thought that was to make themselves more attractive when presenting their case to magistrate/judge
  5. When my doc asks me what the cause of the RSI in my scrolling finger was I will know exactly who to blame... WERRIDEE!
  6. Not to be confused with the Devil's dumplings! .... .....
  7. http://www.afl.com.au/stats/stats-pro#/Compare?playerIds=CD_I298279,CD_I298210&comparisonTab=h2h FWIW out of 29 players who have played 2 or more games so far this season i have Gus ranked 8th and Tracc 11th in a weighted composition of averages. Still fairly close and we should not forget impact of said dog bite
  8. I guess you had to be there rjay. I clearly remember turning to bro at the game (rnd 3 2007 MCG) when both teams ran out before the bounce and making a major point about how much beef/muscle they had added as a team compared to 2006. He was in full agreement. Obviously this was way before the Essendrug scandal or any notion of 'the weapon' connection.
  9. It was noticeable across one pre-season as most players went from being ordinary / stringy in size to very muscular and beefy. As for The first three mentioned I can't see a massive difference that would make me look twice from last season sorry. Gawn lost a fair bit of weight and put back a little in muscle which was noticeable but hardly a Bruce Banner change up. The comparisons you make are not even close to the noticeable difference in size overall of the Cats (Late) 06 vs early 07.
  10. That is a very good point Ernest and a point that I should have also made as a balance to the Geelong focus. Probably many hidden skeletons scattered through football history that will remain buried.
  11. Correct Tracc. The size difference between 06 / 07 was significant across the team and something I noticed when I first saw them run out in 2007.
  12. Super debut. Can't recall a decent 'consistent' crumbing small at the MFC since the Wiz. Fingers crossed he grows into something special for us.
  13. Wow... Crown fined $330,000 for pokie tampering. The equivalent of me being find the cost of a bunch of bananas!
  14. Swap "the players" with "Weids"... moved himself
  15. SW can you pls refrain from using such offensive language here. Very upsetting
  16. I hear u Dappa but JKH has managed to muster a pretty strong lynch mob of his own with no Watts factor involved and personally i felt Watts hand balled the "King of whipping boys" mantle over about 18 months ago! That doesnt mean he wasnt STILL a whipping until his departure!
  17. Sorry but he has been whipped in his own right for quite some time now. Watts had nothing to do with it. No closer to looking like a goer at AFL level than he did 28 matches ago.
  18. Early days but I have yet to see anything that convinces me Weids will be a gun as predicted by Macca a few years back or have a significant impact at AFL level other than a few reasonable camio matches if he gets a run at it. Looks like a potential VFL reasonable quality player but AFL might be a step too far. Maybe this year will prove me wrong. Hope I'm proven wrong as we sure could do with another decent tall forward to assist Hulk or fill in if injured. Lets hope he can begin to show something over the next season or two at AFL level.
  19. Has either player had a full pre-season McQueen? Tim Smith missed I think yes? How about Weids? My vague memory tells me he has I think. Should be better prepared. I would take Tim every time if he had the pre-season behind him. Starting to get a tad long in the tooth now though if we have to wait till 2019 for a full pre-season look at Smithy.
  20. Clever Moon. Wondering if this was a re-hashed lampoon. An old Labor leader / PM comes to mind also ?
  21. Thought u might be chuffing on a big fat Cuban
  22. Mick ain't silly. He knows how to honour an exclusivity contract for XX $$. Mick and Shane may well be sunning themselves on the Maldives this weekend on the proceeds. Sam might even make that his next destination on street talk (the bag man??!!) ...hopefully on a one way ticket!
