  1. Poor North. Can’t win anything.
  2. Probably the second worse away game to attend at the G after Collingwood. Their supporters are vile morons.
  3. I reckon Fritsch might be back for the last game of the season. Listed as 4-5 so it is possible.
  4. Could also be because JT doesn’t think there is any better key position forward we are likely to draft in the next 2 years, so it’s a no brainer to keep developing Jefferson. His position on the list is not going to become surplus in other words.
  5. Fairly sure it was the same re: 1st in 2021 We make history
  6. Probably too late now anyway. Doubt we will see anymore debuts this year. Oliver 2-3. At the rate he’s progressing it’ll be 1-2 weeks in 9 months 🙄
  7. Better sign him up quick smart before that Freo troll comes sniffing around.
  8. Teams looking to spend $800k on Ben McKay should look to spend $300k on Tomlinson for better return instead.
  9. If Tmac makes the side in finals, one of two things would have happened 1- he made some miraculous recovery and in the process gained back all the speed and agility he lost with his previous foot injury 2- the rest of our tall forwards got injured I hope it’s option 1, because a fit and firing Tmac makes us better and solves like 10 of our problems.
  10. @Lucifers Hero I think we need a separate “what are they saying at Fremantle” thread with all the melts over their season and lack of draft picks.
  11. He’s way better than Superman. How many All Australian teams and coaches awards has Superman won? None. He is a hack.
  12. You could argue that if we don't have a horrible year in 2019, we don't win the 2021 flag, considering the players we secured in the first round of the draft that year.
  13. I was sure he's a WA boy. Did I get him mixed up with Jed Adams?
  14. We did it with JVR and aren't you glad we did! I trust that our coaches, who watch him play each week and train multiple times a week, know exactly what they are doing.
  15. He was really good on the weekend. I know we played Coburg and they are terrible, but he looked promising both in the air and at ground level. He needs to put on more muscle so he doesn't get push off the ball at AFL level, but I reckon he has all the markings of a good modern day KPF. Athletic, able to take contested marks as well as compete for the ground ball.
  16. Because he loves to steal our Western Australian talls and over pay for them
  17. Peter Bell is crying
  18. On the socials today there is a video of the full group doing run throughs and Clarry is in there.
  19. What a risky sub choice
  20. Signed for another year with the Crows. He is a questionable human, but is aging like fine wine. Kudos to him, has had an unbelievable season.
  21. Who is going to be the one to tell him?
  22. Burgess came straight over to our bench after the game on Sunday and gave Goody and a few of the trainers/fitness guys a hug. Was nice to see. I was tempted to kidnap him and not release him back to SA until he gets Clarry back to playing.
  23. For mine we need Hibbo back this week. Richmond have too many dangerous smalls, and this dude called Dusty who can do a thing or two. McVee might be due for a rest anyway. Bowey has to stay in, we can't lose one of the few really good ball users in our side, especially if we are trying to play more attacking footy.
  24. I think people are overrating Richmond again Their last month: - Smashed by Brisbane by 81 points at the Gabba - Beat Sydney at the MCG by 13 points - Beat West Coast by 38 points - Beat Hawthorn by 1 point after trailing all game They are still a threat, especially with Dusty in good form, and they took it right up to us earlier in the year, so of course we have to take them seriously. But they will struggle to make the 8, with games still to come against us, Dogs, Saints and Port away. They had the draw, but so did Geelong and Carlton, who are on the same number of points, but have a far better percentage.
  25. I don't disagree, but I don't think there are any of these types available at the moment. Larkey was my great white hope, but he's chosen to stick with North. Naughton seems doubtful, but would be really good if he doesn't re-sign with the dogs next year when OOC. Hopefully Jefferson becomes that player for us. He looks to be developing nicely at Casey, just needs like 10-20 more feeds per day.
