Glen Jakovich v Chris Connolly
The Song Formerly Known As replied to Tony Tea's topic in Melbourne Demons
Who actually cares. He blew up, and yes it wasn't really called for, but to be honest everyone who was in someway responsible for the insipid way our club was run and managed during those times deserves every ounce of ridicule they receive. -

Who are the Dees chasing for 2017 and at what cost?
The Song Formerly Known As replied to junk's topic in Melbourne Demons
This pretty much sums it up, although we did some creative trading etc. last year which makes me somewhat hopeful we can do something again. -

Post Season Discussion 2016
The Song Formerly Known As replied to Deemented Are Go!'s topic in Melbourne Demons
At the start of this season I wanted 10 wins, as it made our track improvement look substantial. Here it is under Roos: 2013- 2 wins (Before Roos) 2014- 4 wins (1st year) 2015- 7 wins (2nd year) 2016- 10 wins (3rd year) But now that we got 10 wins, i feel somewhat confused; greedy even. only because we have played some amazing footy against some sides and some atrocious footy against others. But by golly gosh we are now finally on the right path. Get on for the journey, finals is our goal next year! -
Farewell and Thank You, Roosy!
The Song Formerly Known As replied to Lucifers Hero's topic in Melbourne Demons
Will be one of 1000 Melbourne fans there today. Look for the hipster looking bloke holding a large sign with a picture of Roosy and his mullet in the Fitzory days and him as Jesus with words saying 'FROM MULLET TO MESSIAH...WE THANK-YOU ROOSY!' Clearly taking the [censored] out of the messiah thing, whilst also giving thanks for what he has done for the club. If you see me, come have a beer. -

The Song Formerly Known As replied to KC from Casey's topic in Melbourne Demons
Some of these players deserve a chance this week, OR we are building their stats to use as trade bait. -

Yeah stoked with 10, plus beating Hawks and Port Adelaide at home was huge. By god that Essendon game still haunts my dreams... -
Farewell and Thank You, Roosy!
The Song Formerly Known As replied to Lucifers Hero's topic in Melbourne Demons
One of the perks of living in Geelong, I already have a ticket to the game. Look for the lonely dees supporter holding up a sign/banner saying something about Roosy. Im going to throw it over to you guys at Demonland to make suggestions about what it could say. And go... -
Not sure if this has been posted yet but here is Quayle's article on two of our brightest stars. Hard not to get excited about these two, especially now that Brayshaw is finding his form from last year. Both bring different things to the table: Petracca that X factor and Angus that consistent, hard work rate and ability to find the ball. Very important to our future. Together at last: Christian Petracca and Angus Brayshaw
