It's the Martians. They brought it over. The govt are withholding info about alien contact. The longer this goes on the more i am certain of this.
Absolutely zero atmosphere. The worst thing is that it emphasizes the terrible commentators and umpires.

So your answer is yes, they have multiple balls per game. In NRL (I think) they are dunking the balls in disinfectant, wiping them and putting them back into play. The AFL will have hundreds, possibly thousands of new balls. If they must reuse balls, under the current situation, my guess is they will. So be it. If they are to play, it's about harm minimization.
A pessimist sees the glass half empty, and optimist half full. But an engineer asks why the glass is twice as big as it needs to be. I'll see myself out....

You do know that they use many more than one football at every game???
I'm assuming there's no banners to run through, no kids to run out with the team and no half time Auskick. Quite a different atmosphere.
