  1. I am mildly concerned for players with ability but without the spine to make it interstate. I fancy the 'anywhere, anytime, anyhow' attitude. Obviously everyone's different, but it doesn't instill me with confidence. Handle with care
  2. FMD! Jake, get outta there as quick as you can. What a bunch of hypocritical whingers! Not worth much, but we'll have 2 first rounders and btw don't go near the B&F. All class. Welcome to the bosom of the MFC Jake. You're part of the family now.
  3. Mainly due to BT saying very little, thankfully
  4. Sure, except the AFLs trade integrity guy has to sign off on any player movements as being fair and reasonable, which that isn't. He's knocked back deals before.
  5. Not apples with apples. Danger was a free agent. In Taylor we trust.
  6. Different game back then. Not apples with apples. The kid needs more than a couple of years and a handful of games.

Anyone see the vision of Barry Hall's recent 'final' game of local footy? Clocked two opponents off the ball with left hooks. For all the regret and mercy he sought from the Staker hit he has learnt nothing.
  8. I've seen Weid get into good position in front many times. His issue is he hasn't the body yet to hold his ground. He gets pushed aside too easily. Greater strength, particularly core strength, will improve this. I've also noticed his tackling is good for a player his size.
  9. Not you, lol! Enough mate, move on
  10. You know more than Terry Wallace and Jon Pierik because you claim your bro is an AFL recruiter?! Lol! Sure, as long as you say so mate Regardless, I'd like us to keep our 2018 1st round pick to get some of this "really high end talent", arguably the definition of a super draft.
  11. http://www.theage.com.au/afl/afl-news/is-your-future-now-clubs-weigh-up-picks-ahead-of-2018-super-draft-20170606-gwl918.html "AFL clubs may have to be more cautious about ceding a future first-round pick this year ahead of what shapes as a "super draft" in 2018." http://aflnation.com.au/2017/08/21/silvagni-brownless-fletcher-west-which-father-sons-will-take-the-2018-draft-by-storm/ "It looks like being a Super Draft next year,” said Wallace on Future Stars on Sunday."
  12. Would prefer to keep 2018 first rounder. Super draft apparently

North, Coll, West Coast or Freo please. Don't think Brisvegas would be stupid enough to do that. St Kilda are grinning ear to ear having the Hawks 1st pick this year
  14. Deserving of 30 days in the slammer Wise
  15. The least 2 clubs I hate dc. Could've been worse - might said the Filth!
  16. The day we trade Tracc and/or Oliver in the next 7 years is the day I follow St Kilda or WB. No effing way!!!
  17. And did sfa in the opportunities given at senior level. Yeah, nah... but thank for posting Jay.
  18. Like somehow Dean Kent on top of pick 10 will make the difference in landing us a gun 21yr old AA kpd!
  19. As Bruce McIveney would say: "Ambitious!"
  20. Hope so Adam, otherwise we'd have many eggs on our face. Still, wouldn't be a bad thing to shut up until it's signed, sealed and delivered.

Is that what you'd call 'having skin in the game' Biff?

    Freudian slip Uncle.
  23. Thank [censored] for that. Hasn't happened much since Roos left
  24. Yours is as speculative as mine mo64. Only Milera, his manager and the AFC would know the bolded part.
  25. Adelaide want it both ways: they think he's worth the insulting amount of $300k pa but believe him to be worth 2 X first rounders. Yeah, sure... Lever could put a huge price on his head (front loaded) and go into the draft for us to use at 10 and they'd get zilch for him
