I'm not watching ... who's playing on Weid? How many has he kicked?

Greg Baum's take on the unseemly Daisy kerfuffle.
Interesting article.
Dennis Cometti played/coached footy, albeit 'only' at WAFL level.
Isa Gohu (sp) is an awesome cricket commentator.
Daisy is, of course, a fantastic special comments person. Offers interesting insights and doesn't prattle on like some of her male counterparts (read Garry Lyon et al) who are just air fillers.
Jonathan Brown is also a great special comments person. He's like Mr Ed ... only speaks when he has something (worthwhile) to say.

Petty and Oliver are automatic inclusions.
Bedford and Tomlinson (assuming Lever is fit) out, albeit Tomlinson very stiff after a close to flawless game.
We could see Brown (knee) miss and Weideman replace him.
Tactically I would like to see Jackson run on the ball with Bontempelli for some parts of the game.
The key issues in our game at the moment are the down form of Salem, Gawn and May.
I would go for Hunt or Tomlinson as the sub.
That would be similar to Blitz-Ar@e running with Cripps.

Fritsch is a hard player to love and this is one of the big reasons why. And yes, I'm well aware of how valuable he is, but he's never going to be a favourite of mine.
Au contraire ... I love him.

Luke Jackson and Gawn are offering little up forward, to me we need that second tall forward for the resting ruck to take the third tall defender.
Out Melksham
In one off Weid/m brown/jvr
Then it comes down to player fitness Oliver and Petty straight in if fit with Bedford and Tomlinson the likely outs.
Or try Tomlinson as a forward we picked him up for his running capacity play him in thar TMac running tall forward roll, keeping B Brown closer to goal.
Tomlinson's not a forward ... or a winger. His only position is as a backman (which he's OK at) or nothing.

Shouldn’t be hard to spot you then. 😁
I’ll buy you a 🍺!
*goes home stone penniless broke having bought every single bloke wearing a Demons scarf a beer*
Possibly also wearing a Demons cap, and a Katmandu puffer jacket.
Further identification assistance ... I'll be the oldest person there ... by a fair margin!!

Richmond ... losing after the siren v GC, then choking against Norf .... excellent!!
Shame the Crows couldn't win against the filth. Nick Daicos ... bloody hell, what a star!! He and Pendlebury got them over the line. Hey, does anyone know that Pendlebury was a champion junior basketballer ??

I think he's paying homage to the late Ronnie James Dio.

No ... that's quite normal.
However I'm sure you don't hate them as much as me.

The Age tipsters ... 14-0 Demons.
Incredible. Surely close to an even money match?

I think there is more likelihood of Jacko leaving if the Dees 'fizzle out' this season. If he stays, he will sign on for another 2 years. Perhaps I should wash my mouth out, but I think he's a little overrated.
I think Gus will stay.

BT is a joke
He took stupidity to another level when he said that the Bulldogs were having a "mini onslaught".
That West player (Rylee... FFS) looks like he has an adult head superimposed on a 15 year old body.
Interesting that the free kick Bulldogs rule was in full force. Worst incident was Bontempelli getting caught and simply dropping the ball ... nothing to see hear, move on. And Hodge saying that was OK. Players like Bontempelli get away with murder.
Saints are terrible. Players like Zac Jones, Crouch, Higgins were terrible recruits. Even Steele has regressed .... no longer an A grader.

Melksham, ffs. Hasn't played for 3-4 weeks and was a training cone last time he played. This is a bad call, he clearly has pictures of Goody
I've heard something about goats.

I don't see how either is close to being AFL standard. Aside from being too short and light, they both have the uncanny knack of being where the ball isn't at AFL level.
Bedford at least has some leg speed, but he rarely gets to use it unless we are dominating out of the middle.
Sadly I agree.
Tomlinson will come in for Petty. Dunstan in for Oliver. Rivers in for Bowey.
If Bedford is out, then not sure who comes in ... hopefully Hunt.

I like the guy, but he was attrocious yesterday, and the previous round/s.
Doesn't bust a gut to get to contests, and when he does he just sticks an arm out lamely.
Sadly not many (if any) other options.

We’ve all called it. Petty was good all night. The number of contests he impacted didn’t get on the stats. He must have had 7-8 spoils in crucial contests. And his marking is one grab. Three words for Petty “Another solid contribution”.
Agree about Petty. He is an absolute gun.
I thought Ben Brown was terrible. His first goal was a gift ... the result of a dropped (uncontested) mark by a Crows defender (Murray). His only other goal was in junk time. His inability to impact on contests is a problem ... he either fails to get to the contest, or 'attacks' the ball meekly with one hand. He was great last year, but his form this year is worrying.
Weid did what Weid does. Shame he can't 'clunk' marks.
M. Brown was passable. He did better than his namesake.
Hibbo ... mixed bag. Did some good things, but got outmarked twice which cost 2 goals. Overall an OK game.
Bedford ... until he kicked his goal ... didn't know he was playing!!
Kozzy ... rarely sighted.
