Are the Demons pretenders?

Genuine premiership contenders don't (in general) lose 2 matches in a row. How the team deals with Port on Thursday will go a long way to showing whether the Demons are 'the real deal'. -
On a news report the newsreader said that the GWS was a massive upset. Really? Was anyone here in the least surprised?

My American friend asks after each match whether the Demons or the Fuchsias turned up. Hmm, sadly it was the latter yesterday. Very poor performance. Flat from the start. It would be a massive turn around to beat Port. Can't see it happening.

You can be sure that the media won't highlight his abysmal behaviour. Those footy shows (360 etc) go on and on about just about everything, but they will conveniently ignore that.
