Going back to the filth match, why did the commentators insist on calling Hill "Bobby Hill" when he was the only player on the ground with that surname? They did it EVERY TIME he got the ball, well other than the 2 times (in a row) that Der-Wayne called him "Bobby". I think this issue is more interesting than any discussion about the Swans/GC snoozefest.

It tends to be players with surname type first names. I first noticed it with Mitchell White of WC Eagles about 30 years ago. Continued with Fraser Gehrig et al. Although that BT moron used to call him "Fraser" sometimes. This discussion is more interesting than the carnage taking place at Doglands.

There is only player on the ground with the surname Dale. Why do the commentators always identify him as Bailey Dale? They don't do the same with other players.
