Nb. Moloney nearly won the brownlow in 2011
NB: No he didn't. Apart from being ineligible, he was 16 votes short.. needed almost twice as many votes as he got.

Agree with the OP - looks a shadow of his former self

I'm sticking by my call Thursday night that Watts will play.
Neeld was just on 3AW and said unless someone breaks down in warm-up we will line up as selected

This thread deserves a bump..
C'mon folks, the captain has re-signed for another three years in the midst of the club's darkest hour.
His co-captain did a similar thing in 2011.
With the regular press speculation about how our better players are desperate to leave the club / in the sights of rival clubs, it speaks volumes that our two captains believe the future is bright for the MFC.

Am I President yet?
It seemed you were, but Florida's going to a recount and it now looks like George W. might get up..
-
Love it how he "pushed to get it done this week". Talk about leading by example..

Melbourne told us they were going to engage with Casey & develop the area. well the only think I've read about developing the area is entertaining the business people of casey..
You must have missed the articles about the school visits the players do in the area.. if that's not engaging the potential members of tomorrow then I don't know what is ...

Freeman joined the MFC board in the last couple of weeks, was a small item in the little paper to announce it.
-
Judging by the comments of his brother, I'd be surprised if Greg Healy is in the running - already has his hands full as a senior executive at Quicksilver.
What about former MFC board member and television boss Ian Johnson? There may be some antipathy towards him for backing the merger, but he certainly has runs on the board in a cut-throat industry.

Given his penchant for all things past, I'm guessing it's the 1926 premiership team.

Surely can't be sackings after McLardy's assurances ...

Will be there tonight, dusting off the telemarketing skills I learned as a uni student to try and entice a few Dees to re-sign. In those days, if I wasn't meeting target, I'd just ring family members to bump the numbers up. Guess that's not going to cut the mustard tonight.
I'm presuming we enter through Gate E for a 5.30pm start?

If one train leaves the station travelling west at 30kmh at 6pm, and another leaves the station on a parallel track travelling west at 50kmh at 6.30pm, when will they meet?

The importance of this show can be gleaned from its timeslot - 11pm on a Monday night. Pffffft

Robbie was there on Saturday night, and reckons the Demons of days gone by have put in even worse efforts than the one we saw on the weekend.
Presumably, he was referring to the 190-point belting at the hands of Fitzroy in 1979. Did Flower play that day?
Also says it's not the time for knee-jerk reactions and supporters need to be patient.
It's worth pointing out that in 1986, the Dons handed us a 20-goal thrashing... we made the finals just 12 months later.

what happened last night was a cheap shot by the FD to sub him.
In the passage of play that immediately preceded his subbing (the one on the half-forward flank where he had no-one in the forward line to kick it to), he came away from that hobbling... might have been subbed because of a niggle?

Thanks Titan for the summaries.

I wonder if any of the coaches have ever read the texts of Machiavelli or Sun Tzu .
No, but they did watch a DVD of 'Dude, Where's My Car?"

Loved this rocket of a pass from Viney. Seen this kind of delivery a few times from Jack already this year.
