Tmac makes blunders, no doubt. But this was a shocker from the umps - lets say the same incident happens in 20 other games I reckon 15 times Tmac gets the free for high contact. I'm not usually one to blame umpires but they were going for Port in the last quarter - clear as day. Paying marks that hit 5 other blokes hands or the ground, and getting 50m gained for port on the throw ins. Absolute [censored]

I've been posting on demondland on and off for a reasonable amount of time, but I feel like this place is at its worst now that we're a contender. Seems like everyone expects perfection 100% of the time; as if it's out God given right to be a dynasty team that wins multiple flags. Fmd

We lost by 4 points after having alot of the play in the 2nd half. I get why we didnt mix too many things up in this game. Having said that, I do get the frustration. Teams have a plan to combat us, and if they're a good team and switched on it typically works for them.

Pretty sure tracc will be ok but they might rest him. Seems like our philosophy of playing through niggles and what not has been superseded by a September focus. Commentary seemed to think Petty was ok - subbed as a precaution because the game was all but over. No obvious ins and outs until we know for sure who is injured

BBB might not crash packs but his palm off game is more effective than a blind contest. I'm quite certain he's our best FF option, but perhaps like 2021 he's being asked to work on things in the vfl. When he comes into the afl team he'll be fresh and ready imo.
