Yes I believe we are going to be based in Maroochydore in the Sunshine Coast.

Only small issue is it’s 2 to 2 hour bus trip from Twin Waters to Carrara for Metricon stadium.

A small price to pay for being in a great part of Queensland. Surfs Up!

Today showed how far off being a good coach he is. I'd love a please explain as to why Weideman wasn't in the team when he clearly makes us better.

You may recall Goody kept Angus Brayshaw out of the side at the commencement of the 2018 season. After concussion concerns in the previous season and an indifferent pre-season for a number of weeks. Seemed to be astute coaching, as Angus returned all cylinders firing and completed that season so well.

Geez this half time commentary is all about how bad the hawks are.

Nothing about our hard running and pressure.

Commentary from broadcast is kept subliminal here. Plenty of free air for the 'A' team On the Couch. What is more concerning is the commentator's dress sense. Jon Ralph looks like he swallowed the Cheshire Cat kitted out at Boysland and Luke Hodge's blue check two piece the other night would make a sideshow spruiker proud. Dermie well Alma Hope says "no hope".

Yes. Read between the lines and Goodwin has been promoting the rhythm method.

Judging by this week's installment of 'The Talking Points' Goody's proselytising on this one has been about as successful as his game plan according to many Demonland posters.

I seriously don't get the AFL's aversion to Darwin/NT. It's not a stretch to imagine Covid will continue its march up the Eastern seaboard and catch up with the league in Queensland soon enough.

AFL may be holding that card out, as a possibility of 'last resort'. Who knows, Gil and the team may already be casting for the sequel Aussie rules On the Beach. Much prefer the original movie to the locally re-made for TV version (2000). Plus, 1959 was a very good year for the Demons. Meanwhile if a mysterious nuclear powered submarine turns up in Darwin Harbour, it'll be game on.

Still want those numbers Tarax?

Nascent you've provided a brilliant intuitive list of the whereabouts of the MFC players. Whilst others continued flipping through the pages of "Where's Wally?". Will have to politely refuse your kind offer of those numbers, as the 'magic' appears to  have left.

But gee they played well and will be a force to be reckoned with in the next few years.

Gold Coast $uns indeed. With high compensatory and priority picks. The 'Franchise' has loaded up with draft talent from the 2018 and 2019 drafts. With 25% of the available top ten of those drafts going their way,  the ☀️ is shining out of a very dark place.

Darwin probably about to come into the mix sooner than expected....

Currently experiencing a balmy, covid free 28 degrees C with  a low relative humidity of 14%, ESE wind gusts up to 46 km/hr.

If MFC are penciled in for hub here, expect to  have home ground advantage at Marrara. Let the circus begin.

Jennings also had a crack at Goodwin a few week ago about the (  ?  ) of pre season training camps. Said it reflected love of training but left the players disenfranchised...Goody seem to have a mantra my way or the highway.

Karo will be pleased...remember the highly publicised player led revolt re: repeat commando style training camp pre-season 2018? Bricks on the head etc.

Drew a lot of media heat at the time. Obscured but not quite buried by the finals surge at the year end.

The ‘noise’ will only be cancelled by some protracted flipping of the switch...

We'll punch the living suitcases out of Gold Coast this week and win by four goals.

That may be rather difficult. If the Gold Coast Suns are true blue dinky-di  Queenslanders they will not have a suitcase between them. What they will have is ports.

The movie is "The Shining" based on the Steven King horror book. Jack Nicholson at his scary best and the phrase Redrum, redrum. Look it up

Not an admirer of the 'horror' genre  but the Stanley Kubrick movie was scary.

I love it. Optimism.  I believe it has been occasionally sighted here but disappears very quickly and is hard to locate.  Thank you for refreshing my memory.
