The majority of that yo yo effect has been injuries. IMO his biggest problem is staying on the park. I am not covinced his body (well head I guess ) can go the distance.

Actually the prince played a few reasonable games in 2015. Lucas played zero. Still probably cost a third as much as the prince. So overall you are probably right.

I don't disagree that the effort was lower than most games especially when you have a place in the finals on the line. better skills would have got us there in that game in spite of the reduced effort by some.

Ok then we still disagree because I am saying no matter how much effort you put in not enough skill will prevent wins. IMO a higher average skill level would have won us the game. We were sadly let down in the first quarter by poor delivery which resulted in Goals to the Pies. Better talent I.e. Skill level would have meant most of the kicks that hit the Pies would have hit Dee players and less goals for the Pies in the first quarter and then we win the game. Now matter how hard you try lack of skill will bring you undone in the end.

Faith has not got us a flag for more than half a century DF. I am all out of faith. A list of good players plus a few stars all pulling in the right direction has a good chance.

If you promote from within it is usually cheaper than recruiting from the outside. but if you wish to believe otherwise so be it.
