This morning I find myself genuinely depressed with the world on Friday 13th August 2021 and I don't believe in superstition. However the news via electronic and printed media is nothing but despair and sad stories. Try as I might I could find nothing uplifting. I feel like I want to return to bed for a week and hope the news is a bit improved next Friday. I really had no idea our world would be like this for my later years. But no matter how sad for me what must it be like for the young! Hope the dees can improve our world on Sunday with a big win. PS why after a thousand time of typing "Dees" does it change it to Fees.

I can Never understand why MFC members don’t get it! There are no votes in providing money to the MFC. There are lots of votes in Geelong and surrounding areas at both state and federal level. MFC members are low in number and spread out over numerous electrets. We are very low on the totem pole. We will get scraps from another project when it suits the government.

Even at the G there will not be 100% attendance. Do you have a guaranteed seat? If not you will be home in the lounge wherever it is played.

Why would wa let us in vaccinated or not. Being vaccinate does not stop a person from passing on the virus or am I wrong?

I am mystified by this DD. If they cannot be held in melb. why do you think you would be able to attend interstate. Surely the reason they would be interstate is that we still have cases in Vic. That being the case there is no chance IMO that WA would let Victorians in. Or am I missing something?
