Backline need to tighten up

Here we go. Crowd is about what you'd expect for both teams not playing finals.

Kind of sums up our season that the rain is falling on our final game. Can't even get fine conditions. Hopefully it clears up, but on the way in to see the boys one last time. Have no idea what to expect

How motivated do you reckon heppell will be? I mean he could have played his final game last week but now how has travel to the gabba where I suspect Brisbane will give them a hiding. Sundays game will be fascinating

Well I wish we wernt playing the filth but we are, just really hope we finish on a win. But I'm happy to say goodbye to season 2024. Its been horrendous all round. But I hope there are no serious injuries & cox has a horrible game because at no point do I want him to see him shoosh anyone or hear the USA chant. At least mays not playing to hear him get booed. Not going to boo that thug. It only fires him up & the filth will cheer him all night.

Well he can shut up everyone tonight by saying he's staying. Hopefully it's not the cliche stuff & just say he's contracted. I hope he was happy to do it & won't accuse the club of forcing him.

Noticed since trac spoke to the players the media have quietened down. Tonight watching fox footy no mention. Hopefully it dies down for awhile

If anyone's going to the final presidents dinner I'd be interested in hearing what she has to say. I'd love for her to come out & have a swing at some of these stories that have been circling

So just reading an article about this, I'm thinking trac wasn't ready to talk to any players about what he was going through & the players probably didn't realise just how trac was feeling. When trac revealed all the other day now the players know & I reckon they'll put his arms around trac now & check in on him a bit more

I think because it's the tragic nature of his death. I mean to get hit by a truck is just awful & his poor friends who were there with him & saw what happened. I enjoyed him on the midweek tackle & recently appreciated his daily olympic schedule tweets.

Well I'm still confused. Has he cracked it because players are questioning him & his commitment. Or has he cracked it because we didn't go so well on the field, even though he wouldn't have participated in finals anyway. After his injury did the club & players not check to see how he was doing?

Do you know what. After yesterdays good win & max giving us some good news it finished the weekend off well. Plus the fact george announced it just made it cuter
