There are times to sit-off and hunt the opposition with the ball. To wait on them getting the ball, as you wear them like a wet-suit. Times like that we want our best kicks a kick behind the play, waiting for any potential rebound out of our 50M. The best kicks can then move the ball back in, with precision. LOL Oscar isn't the problem... Our problem was that we stuffed up thru the middle of the ground, allowing an open midfield for the Cats to run and kick thru, with ease. Oscar had no intercept cut off helping him. A very Open forwardline.

I think he 'Tyson' lacks 'the vision', that Oliver has. Oliver seems to have great spacial perception... in that he knows where players are prior to bounce. a sort of photo-graphic memory of the area, immediately prior to taking the ball. You need this when driving fast in heavy traffic... to reinforce your judgement/perception. Without it, all confidence goes down the drain when under pressure. He is another who should take up juggling. And master it... and then in the dark, or dimly lit room. The idea is to be able to focus on an object whilst moving thru traffic, or chairs... to sort of, devide the spacial perception... to be able to focus on the ball, whilst another part of the brain focus's away from the ball, on other objects about. - - - - - - - - but this won't help his work-rate or running abilities.

cleanliness is next to godliness, lets NOT clean him up too much. I want him playing more like a Demon ! like I do the rest of the side.

I would think so; Tyson seems to need the game played in slow motion these days, for him to get the ball away.

In our past, we have had talent across the field, and come up short... not as strong thru the middle as we should have been... too many easily intimidated types thru our journey. We need to make sure this time around that we have THE dominant midfield, in terms of tough hard contested play, and hard running/workers. this is why I think JKH may be kept on?

what you think he should be lethargic or something ? yeah, as some sort of proof of illness. its a known fact that being worn down will increase the risk for infections and illness. He has got a huge frame to push around, every week on his own, in the ruck. so playing a person in that position in ultra-high humid conditions, will take it out of people. That leaves them vulnerable for health issues. No one can say for certain whether the Darwin game contributed at all to Max getting ill... My point. is he didn't need to play that game. As I said at the time ahead of Darwin... 'We need Max fit and firing after Darwin, in the run for September'. .

Not burnt out, sick. He should not have played, and lost condition up in Darwin. He's not burnout mentally. But he should have been rested. Just like marathon runners were not allowed to race too many times in a year. Loss of condition makes people sick.

I know what you say, and I thought the same last year,,, and I think we said the same about ANB a couple of seasons back, and also Harmes to a slight lesser extent, a couple years back. Also Jones, TMc, OMc, Pedo, Weide, Gawnus went under the radar a few seasons back... I think the club holds more faith long term in JKH than we all do. And they haven't done a hell of a lot wrong in the past few seasons (Fritsch). SO i'm watching with baited breadth, to see where JKH and Stretch, and pozzibly CWagner, Lockhart, etc, end up and take us to? Apart from spending too much here and there, on players. .

A few of our players got burnt by teammates not looking, yesterday. And Jeffy was burnt by JKH, who blazed away, skying a ball thru the points. Jeffy would have walked into goal on that occasion.
