Farewell Jesse Hogan
Could not agree more. We start with asking for two top five picks. He's worth every bit of it and we hold all the cards. MAYBE let them get away with five and nine if they sweeten the deal.

WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - KADE KOLODJASHNIJ
Don't want him. Go for Martin instead.

Farewell Dean Kent
I'll be sad to see him go. He has pace and a great penetrating kick. Sadly his injury issues aren't going to get any better at the Saints. Still, he's doing the right thing for his family, taking a better pay packet and a longer contract. Good luck to him.

Farewell Jesse Hogan
I think this is very simple for us. Hogan is contracted. If Freo want him, they have to pay. He cost us more than a first round pick when we traded for his rights. He's one of the best young KPFs going around. If they want to trade for him, they can give us their first pick and the first round pick they get for Neale. That would be picks four and five to us for Hogan. Maybe an exchange of later picks in their favour, but I don't see the need to be honest. They've been trying to pry him loose from us for years. If they want to do it this year they need to pay.

Some Filth Humour
How do you know you're a Collingwood supporter? When you let your 12 year old daughter smoke at the kitchen table, right in front of her kids.

Say what you want, I’m proud of this club this year.
I could not agree more. I think most of us said at the start of the season that we wanted finals. We got that. We got a hell of a lot better than that. We got to see our team knock over two of our bogey sides for two winning finals. We came back from the wilderness and won two finals. Going further would have been nice, but I am thrilled with what the team achieved this season.

Casey Demons v Box Hill Hawks - VFL Grand Final
I have to say, this has not been a good weekend for Aussie Rules, and in particular the officials. Last weekend in the SANFL we saw a team play 19 men and get away with it because the complaint came from the bench and not the captain and by the time the captain was made aware of it the extra man had been pulled off the field again. Today we saw some Casey run out to an early lead only for Box Hill's best three players to put in a superhuman effort of one-sided umpiring to drag their team over the line. All in all a terrible look for the state leagues.

Farewell Jesse Hogan
The one worry I have with Jesse is the feeling that he's going to be the super talented guy who breaks down every year and never lives up to his potential because of the never-ending rehab. I would love to know what our medical staff think about him. It's just possible that two top ten picks could turn into a bargain for him.

It’s the game plan
The game plan is Spam. Literally. As in we pepper them with endless poor quality f50 entries and eventually sheer weight of numbers mean we'll score a few. Imagine what would happen if we had that many entries AND an actual plan to convert entries to goals. We'd be unstoppable!

No Change. You don't mess with a winning formula.

Post Match Discussion - Semi Final
Channel seven showing the highlights to the tune of Hells Bells. Love it. I notice there's more idiotic noise about Oliver going down easily to get a free, but nobody seems to be talking about Sicily hurling himself out of marking contests the moment he feels contact. I wonder why that is?

Finals Tickets
I queried the AFL as to why I wound up sitting in a Geelong section at the last game. They replied with the following: So basically, you SHOULD be seated in your club's section, but they make no guarantees and I was just unlucky.

Finals Tickets
I have a possibly silly question. Given that we buy tickets by following a link the club gives us and entering our membership number, are we supposed to be allocated seats in a Melbourne area? I wound up sitting in a Geelong bay and I don't see how that works. It's not like I had the option of picking seats. I just selected the area behind the punt road goal and that's what the system gave me. If there are not bays designated for each side, then how did all of the Geelong fans wind up in the same spot? I'm confused.
