Yes, but is it a record worth taking note, or just signs of a player who is fairly soft? By no means should we be keeping a bloke in the side because he might one day break some "record!" I think too much is made of the consecutive game thing, and this honestly shouldn't come into the equation. This isn't my point however, my is that I hope he plays and plays well - forget the reasons why or why not and just get on with it!

After all the talk, rumour and crap that's been floating around in the last day or so regarding Yze playing Friday night - and it coming to the point with us still not knowing whether or not he is going to play - I thought I'd just say a quick something on the night before we will all know (obviously in a seperate thread to the million other Yze threads). Yze has never been my favourite player nor have I ever been his biggest fan, but to be quite honest we need the bloke - and we need him up and going not only on Friday night, but for the whole year. For us to win the flag, Adem Yze has to be fighting with a number of players to win our B&F, being 1 of our best week in - week out! If the chance comes your way this week Ooze - for God's sake take it......you've been a champion for our club and have won us many games. Prove me and everyone else wrong - WIN US ANOTHER ONE!

mine would be hovering around the same level at this stage - but I'm sure come Friday night (about 3 or 4 schooners in) - I'll be pumped and the levels will have risen somewhat!

As I've mentioned in another post - the game will be shown LIVE, on foxtel, through the MAIN EVENT CHANNEL! This will be the case for Sydney and Brisbane subsrcibers. With regards to the Gold Coast, I'm not 100&, but they do get it live on free to air, whether that is through 7 or prime - I'm not too sure!

The news up north here is that if Brisbane had have lost last night, we'd be playing them at Carrara next Saturday night. Seeing they obviously didn't, does anyone know whether or not we are still coming up here for a NAB Challenge match? It would be good for us Northerners to get a look at the boys early!

No one has mentioned the coach! Great bloke and always willing to have a chat under any circumstances. Agree with some posters about Browny, and have had a few good chats with Rivers and Dunn as well.
