presumably the difference is that we have additional facilities at casey whereas hawthorn only had waverley until the move to dingley was completed, which is such a bigger parcel of land than waverley ever could be we're looking to, effectively, need to accomodate four teams - aflm, vflm, vflm, vflw - plus all the administration of the club itself if caulfield happens we'll be in a great position, with caulfield and casey available to us
