foxtel is a millstone around news corp it's not actually a huge cost in terms of their total global business, because oztraya is so small, but the rich don't stay rich by spending their money on loss-making ventures

PRESEASON TRAINING: Friday 15th November 2024

check out his record as a fitness coach - it's excellent he has coached his own side down in tasmania, but it's more his development as a global fitness guru in tennis that sets him apart his record as a fitness coach with tennis players has been exemplary ash barty was the fittest player on the circuit til her retirement i believe he was working with the american, danielle collins, who was another super fit top 10 player who didn't seem to have any major injuries that i can recall i didn't realise he was back involved at afl level - i wonder if it's just between the wta seasons? -
so embarrassed by their new logo that they hide it in the red of the jumper and that alternative guernsey looks like meth coke to me

if mac had been available to us via nga we would have traded out of the pick that became jvr

nah, better to get them out of the way at the start of the year when optimism is high(er) and there's more likely to be 25-40k in attendance than 15-20k the budgets on those visits from interstate clubs to the g would always be small anyway the docklands home game is disgusting our biggest crowd vs an interstate side was meth coke - 38k towards the end of the year; rare warm day in July, 1.10pm bounce, was unreal, also a rare unreal performance - at the g and this is the year we host em at marvel? meanwhile, afl have scheduled Carlton and Norf to host games there on the same day in May dil looking to maximise the return and usage of his real estate assets real 'return to work' vibes about that decision 😀

terrible timing for anyone with family on a school night, particularly in the middle of winter against interstate sides 3.20pm sunday is great - the game isn't quite as cold as there's still sunlight in the first half at any rate, free to air coverage so better for club value, and the game is more likley to be between two sides c7 want to broadcast so less chance of it being us vs an interstate side sunday at 1pm is when we want to be playing the likes of the franchises and even meth coke pulled a good crowd at that time this year by comparison with, say, our gw$ match-up in arctic conditions on a saturday evening when virtually no one came

gerard healy offered up two names - justin rodski (current melbourne storm ceo, ex-peptides cmo) and greg swann (currently bears ceo, afl admin veteran) as two names he seemed more certain that rodski is talking to us, but flagged swann as someone we should be talking to, or that the afl might want to bring back in house as part of dil and laura's exec team several people i've spoken to today about rodski rate him enormously highly
