Steven May Suspended by the Club
There is a four lettered word that contains the word “log” that sums up May right now. Seriously one dumb individual.

CHANGES: Rd 13 vs Collingwood
Media all about how badly the Filth got treated by the umps so buckle up kiddos. Monday’s going to be a hoot!

CHANGES: Rd 13 vs Collingwood
For me out M Brown, Petty (inj), Sparrow ( medi sub), Hunt Ins Rivs, Pig, Bedford Brayshaw back to a wing, JJ to half forward and pinch hitting in the mid, Fritta from the goal square BBB STARTING 30 out and playing more up the ground. Gawn and Dogga play a higher mix up forward.

Complacency
And not changing took us from a prelim to the bottom. Winning the flag last year doesn’t mean that formula works forever more. We need to change and adapt. right now we are beating most teams without playing great football. But it’s now not working and needs to change. We are too tall up forward, our kicking inside 50 is as bad as it gets, there is no room for our forwards to lead and when the ball comes in Fritta or Brown are well outnumbered. I don’t think it will work well. If we play similar next week Moore and Howe will have 10 marks each. At minimum I’d drop M Brown and bring in a smaller/medium forward who pressures and I’d put Brayshaw back to the wing. The connection is key, but it requires change. I don’t think what we did last year will work. We won so many clean exits from the contests that we no longer can as opponents set up to stifle that. And when teams go on massive runs of goals we do need to change things to give opponents a dif look, but we don’t. Try going small up forward for 10 mins etc.

Complacency
Yeah I do. Doesn’t mean he can’t have flaws. Teams always work out other teams. I remember a coach (I think it was Clarkson) saying halfway through the year the game plan would be different as teams nullified your strengths from earlier in the year. we beat teams early in the year not playing well, our first half vs Saints was amazing, but we haven’t got close to that since. We are still playing one qtr here, burst there, difference is we are now playing better teams and we have now lost two to interstate clubs at the G. He is being out coached but not doing anything different. When we were getting smashed out of the middle last week and this, did he try Kozzie or Brayshaw or Salem in there? Took til the last half of the 4th qtr to put Weid back, and our forward line always looks like a train in India, way too full and going very slowly.

Complacency
Complacency huh… how’s his coaching? He nor his assistants have done anything about the f50 entries. This is like not reviewing the Prelim. It’s repeating the same mistakes and hoping to get a good result. Don’t get me wrong I’m happy to hear Thai but I think most of our troubles of late stem from the fact he is being out coached on game day. They are adjusting mid game and we aren’t. He is staying with the same tactics all game.

Entire forward line standing still
We have been like this for weeks and weeks. The coaches haven’t changed it so they must want it this way.

POSTGAME: Rd 12 vs Sydney
Only thing to think about is will Moore or Howe get more intercept marks next week? Hunt isn’t the answer, Brown isn’t worth playing and BBB need to be able to lead to be effective. Petty shouldn’t play next week. Trac has been so poor there must be something wrong. His efforts are terrible. Sparrow isn’t taking his chances. Goodwin is being out coached badly. He is once again sticking with a game plan other teams have worked out. He needs to adapt and change or we will lose a lot of games and limp into September

CHANGES: Rd 13 vs Collingwood
Out forward structure dumb long bombs and any coach that thinks that’s a good plan. We will lose to the filth. Moore and Howe will mark everything.

GAMEDAY: Rd 12 vs Sydney
Another wasted week where Goodwin has not addressed the massive flaws in our game. Dont blame the umps, don’t blame anything else other than our structure up forward and the idiotic dumping long balls into the 50. Our coaches are collecting pay checks for minimal effort right now.
-
GAMEDAY: Rd 12 vs Sydney
Trac didn’t even try then, sat off the pack and then didn’t even bother to chase, he is so poor of late.
-
GAMEDAY: Rd 12 vs Sydney
Why the hell are we playing on then doing short dumb handballs, we are so rattled of late.
-
GAMEDAY: Rd 12 vs Sydney
Our continuing long bombing to stationary targets is putrid and we have been doing it for weeks and nothing has changed, week after week we do the same dumb kicks. Its idiotic and the good teams are punishing us for it.

Low Attendance
Very average song and heralded the death of the group. Should be never heard ever again, especially these days with James’s voice as poor as it is. image them walking out to Raining blood instead… now that would be amazing. And didn’t the filth use to play Sandman before their games?

NFL

CHANGES: Rd 12 vs Sydney
Not great but the ball is being dumped on his head. Watch games earlier in the year or last year and the long kicks went more to space than where he is standing.

My 3 word player analysis V Fremantle
Can’t argue here.

POSTGAME: Rd 11 vs Fremantle
For weeks we have dump kicked into f50 and teams have waltzed it out, but our defence held strong. With May down that didn’t occur. Our game plan out of defence requires wingers pushing hard, with langers out and Gus at half back we had nothing. Trac is injured, no doubt, so either rest him or he needs to play more forward and actually kick goals, he has the major yips. Gawn doesn’t look Right, Jackson is losing money each game he plays, Bowey fumbled, Rivs hasn’t looked decent nearly all year. Melksham should retire. Brown, fritta and Weid/Tmac will never flourish with long dump kicks. Harmes has been missed. We rely on a good rotation of pressure forwards, Bedford and Melksham do not give that.

A Day at the Races
Polly is in my black book, I love grey horses for some reason 😂

A Day at the Races
I’m out for the day, so might just punt my black bookers, but yeah should be a good day. Hope the tracks not too heavy.

The Demon with the "Money Kick"
He has been amazing, we need Salem back for another player who doesn’t just bomb it inside 50. Harmes has been decent trying to hit up leads

My 3 word player analysis v Nth Melbourne
Nothing was missing. I just thought Lever was in everything every time the ball went into our backline. I don’t know why you think I’m criticising Clarrie. But I also put more weight on possessions when the game is up for grabs too. And both Clarrie and Lever were good there. It’s just a difference of opinion.

My 3 word player analysis v Nth Melbourne
Of course I saw Clarrie, Petty was down, May was quiet, lever killed contest after contest. Ive said here that I think Clarrie will more than likely be our best ever player by careers end. But Lever to me was impassable, when north surged, there was Lever. And I don’t care what the umps do with their midfield award, I value more than possessions (that’s a dig at umps, not Clarrie)
