Tough tipping week this time round.

I’m more in the keep pick 3 camp, if our recruiting is on point then we get a good chance at a kid. Cant see any decent players wanting to come to the club and I’d rather one shot at a very good player opposed to one in the mid teens and late twenties.

Their D will trouble our O line, hell a fly would trouble it at the moment. All d’s are doing is loading the box, waiting for. McVay to stop running the ball and then pressuring the hell outta Goff until he gives the ball to them. Gurley started great last week and was getting some good yards and we then got some good passes off, and as soon as we got a few passes McVay stopped calling the run and Gurley may as well gone home.

Simple enough, on the 5th tackle most teams kick and try and score or get good field position. On the 6th tackle the ball is automatically turned over to the opposition. If during any point an opposing player makes a deliberate play at a ball ie, tries to intercept a pass etc and they touch it but the attacking team gets the ball back they get 6more (tackles) The ref yells this and waves his arm over his head. Now, one ref did this in the GF, the Raiders player then took the tackle expecting to have another set of 6, but the other ref said no, gave the ball to the Roosters who then went up the other end in a couple of plays and scored the go ahead try. If the first ref didn’t call it, the raider player may have put a kick into the end zone or even had a kick at goal for a 1pt score to take the lead. Im not 100%on the rule if both refs call different things but the Raiders has all the momentum and in that call/non call it was turned on its head.

This doesn’t surprise me. But in saying this their list looked lacking. Hoping for a Browns win today.

Here is my thoughts as I watched the game. Qtr 1 Still no 1st qtr TDs, Goff is missing easy passes, takes great field position and does very little with it, throws into double coverage all too often. Lockets TD catch was epic, we dominate and they take the lead. Gurley looks good Qtr 2 Goff is still poo early, Our secondary think more of covering spare grass than players down the field. Peters shouldn’t get a contract next year. Use that money elsewhere. O-line is needed. Kupp is a star. Gurley is stripped after Goff finally looks good. Seattle hit Goff low, huge mistake as Goff fires a bullet to Kupp. We get ball to start 2nd half. Game on. Gotta stop the big plays, secondary needs to get on their game. Donald is the best player in the league bar none. I would pick him if I was starting a team over every other player. Qtr 3. Love the start, get it to the TE’s who have been ignored due to WR and Gurley, then Gurley paaaaaaayounded it in from the 8yrd line. Goff throws behind Woods when we are on our 2 yard line. Still don’t like him with pressure, he should and needs to hit that pass, he was not under that much pressure. He just plain pooped his pantaloons again. then next play he nearly throws a pick after taking Waaaaaay too long. 3 and out. Yup. Peters is overrated. Gives up way too much and if Phillips can’t make him elite, he will stay full of potential and good moments . Qtr 4. Good hold by the D early. What a throw to get over that 3rd down! Challenge of Woods was close. Unfortunately prob right call. So many missed tackles especially in the backfield. Should have had at least two more sacks, and 3 or more loss of yards on Carson. (Who has been immense) RTP CD Matthews is a [censored] disgrace. Absolute bloody terrible decision. How the hell is Carson alone in the end zone??? Great defending by Peters on the 2. Still fuming on the Matthews call! Fuming!
