Was originally going to Adelaide (second fav) but with the rain coming here trainer said run it at MV. He thinks it’s a very good chance. At $10 at the min. Only second run under the new trainer but it ran its best race last win. Big field and I’ll be following it closely

Atwell showed some and will be the punt returner and maybe a small amount of snaps. I would love to see him and Jackson both run deep at speed with Stafford throwing. I have swindled the Friday and Monday off round one so that’s going to be great for me and horrible for the wife 😂

Beau did me proud. Love Behemoth but I think I love Beau more. Linda rode well, had to come so wide. I have been having a mare but I had some on Behemoth and I put Aegon in my f4 when Sierra Sue went out. 41% of that make the day a nice one.

The 1400 is a concern for Beau but I reckon it’s good enough but the company is very good as well. Tbh I think in my f4 BR could be the weakest link. Who rides Behemoth is anyone’s guess. I mean who’s available and have they ridden him before cos they ain’t getting much work on him prior to the day.

The soft track suits Sierra sue as well. With 12 horses I wouldn’t be surprised to see 6-7 cross witching a head of each other, but if all ran their best race I reckon behemoth wins.
