  1. Nah, traditional.
  2. Oh dear..
  3. Good article. This approach is working wonders for us and for it to work you need to be working your butt off 100% of the game. Any less just doesn't cut it.

I'm along that line of thinking too. Love Rodgers but I'm a massive Brady nut.

That's fair enough, he is a great clutch performer. Reason I've gone with Brady is the playoff record and for venues and conditions there's one stat that bothers me with Rodgers. Win/loss at Lambeau - 61-16, win/loss on the road - 43-39. Pats definitely much better O-line over the years, that's the secret sauce. Aaron has had some shocking lines.

Yeah very true. There are so many variables and it all depends on how we define best. It's also important to note Gorgoroth has said at their best and not in general. This is how I see it in general though: If we're talking both QBs purely on talent and arm it's easily Rodgers If we're talking about football IQ and line of scrimmage it's easily Brady If we're talking about clutch performers in all weather at any venue it's Brady. If we're talking about the talent around them well Brady has played with 1 HOF receiver in his whole career and when he did, broke the season TD record. While Aaron has usually had Pro Bowl Wide outs. Leadership - Brady by a stretch Long story short: On their day Rodgers is better. But Brady is the better QB.

In the purest form of the question which would probably be based on talent. It's Rodgers
  8. As a fellow first year player did Charlie speak much with Harrison Petty after his first game? Charlie had a great debut game but Harry had one he probably wants to forget and I'd like to hear what effect it had on him.
  9. For what it's worth I love the title of this thread!
  10. "Where are me smokes?"
  11. I must say, that is one cool hat.
  12. It's a little odd to have that from such a talented player as well. Usually they are used to getting the limelight.
  13. They've built it up nicely so they have a good story in the chamber for if we go out. Annoying but they gotta sell something.
  14. Maybe Bernie Vince needs to be selected? :p

Yeah you’re supposed to apparently roll out mid tackle. Real tough to do for an edge rusher going at full bore!
  16. Yeah you should have, as well as enjoy the good weather today!
  17. I went to the bathroom at the 23 minute mark of the 1st quarter and we kicked two in a row so I didn’t come back till quarter time. Did my bit!
  18. Careful mate, he’ll make you cry! ?
  19. Reading and calmly analysing seems to be the last thing people do in this thread..
  20. I’ll be more than happy for St Kilda to throw 5 year deal at him.
  21. Certainly not scarf weather today is it!
  22. His fall is not unheard of. This is a tough team to break into. I'd like to see him retained, I think another pre-season and some re-jigging of his game could see him back in the 22.
  23. Did Jetta look alright with his shoulder issue? Moving freely?
  24. I do see where you're coming from Binman. I'm certainly not saying he needs to prove he wants to stay by signing it's more just the club getting on the front foot with his management and selling the benefit of signing a new deal in the next few months. The message it would send to the members etc. It's definitely not unheard of to be carrying out negotiations 12 - 18 months out and after seeing the way this FD and list management has functioned this year I'm tipping that they are probably doing just that. You are right though in that putting pressure on the guy is not wise after everything he's been through so of course it needs to be handled delicately.
  25. Huh? Action from the club. Let's make a good contract offer and sell the positive benefit of signing now. Could definitely do without the mass distraction next year.
