  1. Sydney are what I call a break neck team.
  2. I think being a suffocating team is when we look our best. It's part of the DNA.
  3. I originally wasn't a fan of having JVR do so much ruckwork this early in his career but he competes hard and it seems to be a good way to get him into the game. For young key position forwards like him there are games where you find it hard to get a kick, keeping him involved can only help. Thoughts on this? I know Binman will probably say he's not like other young talls, would reslish the challenge and doesn't need the cotton wool treatment ๐Ÿ˜œ
  4. Perfect sense, it's the manner of the performance that counts. We were always in control. Play smart not silly
  5. A 9 goal win and keeping opposition to under 40 is a smashing no matter where abouts in the season it happens!
  6. Yep, we really aren't doing a lot of defensive running in that situation and we're staying fresh. Games and seasons are marathons not sprints, its all about timing your run in. I'm not about perfect 100 point drubbings or 5 star performances at this part of the season.
  7. It's hard to say for someone like Nibbler that he's fitter than he's ever been knowing the standard he sets but I genuinely think he's fitter than he's ever been.
  8. Catenaccio style.
  9. I hope McKay is a bust
  10. Collingwood. Not, even, close.
  11. Cross everything you have
  12. What did we think of JVR's game? Much more time in ruck, it's not ideal for a youngster but he competes hard and it does give him a chance to get into the game. Thoughts?
  13. *All eyes move to back 6 selection*
  14. Well I did make a Fritta 007 licenced to score thing last year but my photoshops get taken down lately. You'll just have to take my word for it.
  15. Chippin around chippin around..
  16. 6. Mr Score Invlovement Christian Petracca 5. Fritsch 4. ANB 3. Pickett 2. Sparrow 1. Rivers
  17. Everyone did their bit today. It's not me it's we.
  18. I think our ball movement has taken a massive step forward. Using different angles to get those handballs to running players and trying to get through the middle more. Looking good!
  19. One of the more complete games you'll see from Christian Petracca. 29 touches 7 clearances, a goal, 11 score involvements. And that effort tracking back to spoil! The game was done and dusted be he wasn't!
  20. Next man up backline. Hardly missed a beat when those two went down.
  21. Came at a cost but 4 points in the bank!
  22. Play the whistle
  23. Onya Sparrow, that's the way. Ball movement has been very impressive today.
  24. Marty Hore looking like a good off season move
