This is where i disagree. You make the situation WORK, you do not give up after 5-6 games. that proved to me that our Coach was out of his depth

The list management has been atrocious, and now it has broken down

It just proves there are problems behind the scenes that we don’t know about. Problems that cannot be fixed by the current employees.
