I am interested in what Sam Mclure has said. Despite his diabolical hair style, the guy has very good mail, he is rarely 100% wrong. I want Jesse to stay, but i will be watching this space

I think Jesse could be a great player running off half back. I hope we play him there in 2019 I wouldn’t be trading him yet. FF is not his optimum position

We have invested years into these Key Position Players. I would be peeved if one of them was traded for a midfielder not cool

No doubt about that, hopefully he stays happy where he is

He was always a good player. I was just concerned about his part in the Essendrug situation. I don’t like drug cheats. He may be fully remorseful, i have no idea. But he has certainly played brilliant footy for us and igive him serious credit for that. We may well have beaten the Swans if he wasn’t injured.

He will always be double and triple teamed. That’s my point. Will be interesting next year to see how the fwd line is structured

A midfield under pressure cannot always guarantee delivery. A good forward has to be ready for the hard ball

To wander far and wide is exactly what i mean DD To me he is like a big cat in a cage in the fwd line.

He’s been worked out by opposing coaches. He would be a far better sweeper off half back I believe. I don’t want to trade him, but against the Top Sides he is quiet up forward

He has played in defence before and always done a good job. He can’t take pack marks so any decent team can easily nullify him up forward

We play a different style of game when Jesse isn’t there. I would be playing him in the backline next year at CHB/HBF. He is very mobile and could be very useful

Putting Melksham up forward with TMac has been a Masterstroke Just gotta tighten that defence a few %

I was only 8-9 years when Max played in the Number 1, but i do remember him kicking goals resting in the fwd pocket. He could play the game. He loved Melbourne. I agree. Get him involved in the play, wherever that is The Weid needs to get the ball in his hands at this stage, then his confidence just might click.
