Delivery into forward line sucks (again!!!) and causes the goals out the back to them.
Ho hum....

This coming from a guy with 21 posts. Mate your opinion doesn't even matter.
and yes I was at the game and close enough to hear the slapping sound of Dawes hands on the ball
Lol, you think number of posts equals significance.....

Tyson was poor today but maybe not quite right yet after his illness. I wish he could regain his form of 2014 though. He had a great year but hasn't really come close since.
Pederson just has to come in I think. Not sure if injured or sick or dropped but I think he has been really missed.
I've got no idea why people think Frost would help. Showed next to nothing as a forward and has a lot to learn at Casey as a backman.
In: Oliver, Pederson, Trengove, Grimes
Out: Kent, BenKen, Harmes, Newton

I reckon he will be.
I reckon he should. Been a while since he's played a real good one.

Jetta can hold his head high. Been fantastic.

9 goals 15 behinds.
Certainly hasn't helped.

Get real. He's had 16 touches and run his guts out, unlike those 4 above. No way you can lump him in with them.
I hadn't looked at the stats. I take that one back.

Harmes, BenKen, Tyson and Kent our worst. Some of those guys must be the most likely to see VFL time soon.
Stretch not far from that group.

Why all the hate on Wagner??
He's bloody under siege!
I agree. Some very poor comments on him and Omac. They are far, far, far from our worst.
-
Evened out a bit in the last 5 minutes at least.
-
Where's Petracca? Haven't seen him for along time. Injured?
Nice run down Hunt.

That takeaway by Westoff was a disgrace

Gotta laugh at the ignorant posters blaming our backline. They are smashing us in the middle. Given the time the balls been in our backline, we are lucky they have only kicked 7 goals.
Poor delivery into forward line again this week and far too many tackles missed.
-
Not sticking some easy tackles. Viney on HBF then Hogan should have nailed that one.
-
Viney just gave up the corridor to Pittard leading to that Wingard point. Very poor.

Not overly pleased with the margin atm, but hard to know the impact (none, some or significant) of the reported illness in the group.
Pedersen and Tyson missed entirely because of illness, several others reported to to somewhat affected.
Something we'll never be able to quantify, but I'm happy to have the win with some percentage boost and get to next week.

Jack Watts is rucking the center bounce
He's done it before to good effect. Not surprised at all.
-
I like Pederson, but he got smashed by VICKERY!!!!! That is one hell of a black mark against his name for mine.
Maybe Watts will ruck. It's happened before.
-
I'm pretty confident about this one, unlike our game against Essendon.
Minimum 10 goal win, won't be surprised if it's closer to 20.
I won't be back until next Feb if we lose.
-
Their throwing is getting very annoying.

Jetta and BenKen great.
Options going into F50 poor. When it's crowded and we have the defensive structure set up we have to hit the hot spot 20m out. Can't try to to pin point something short because they'll get out the back.
When it's open, we have to either get right over the back if it's on or go short.
We've got it all mixed up today.
Too fumbly. If we clean things up we still have a chance.
-
PETRACCA!!! Use those huge quads of yours and kick the ball long into the forward line please!!!

I don't think so.....I think we made that mistake last year with Brayshaw and he was spent in the latter half of the year.
All the youngsters will be rested at some stage Weiderman and Hulett were rested from the VFL in the last 2 weeks Petracca will also get a rest during the year.
They are 18 or 19 years old with half a preseason behind them
He had a complete week off - good management and I fully agreed (when it happened and in hindsight) that it was the right thing to do
Making him come back via Casey was a terrible call though. What purpose did that serve at all?

He spends it before he's got it, which is usually a problem but he rarely fails to still get it. Love watching him and think he might still have a lot more tricks to show as he continues to develop physically.
Big, big mistake not to put him straight back into the team against St Kilda.

Tackling and pressure much better.
Nice passage of play from Dawes there.
