Would love to see him stay with our club. Bit worried that he might go though, I really rate him and he has done a sensational job in returning from such a serious injury.

I am very confident that we will win on Sunday, we would have beaten Richmond in 'that' infamous game last year... We are through the worst and Richmond are an absolute disgrace to themselves and the AFL. However, I wouldn't jump on the $1.36 that is being offered by betfair!! Losing would be a disaster for Bails and our boys. I guarantee you that a win of 41 points will give us a percentage of 100%....

Here's a thought.... If we defeat Richmond (yes, yes I know... one week at a time and all that... but it is Richmond) by 41 points or more our percentage will be 100. I would gladly accept the 4 premiership points, but it has been a very long time since our % has been 100 or more!

My understanding is that he could still win the Brownlow, because this occured in the finals, and not the regular home and away season, and the Brownlow is the player juddged the best and fairest in the home and away season. I personally hope that he gets rubbed out - I remember the Launceston incident and can recall that Campbell Brown got a wrap over the knuckles when he admitted on On The Couch (or similar) that he lied to help Judd get off. Given him a few weeks. Would have been very interesting had Carlton won.

3 years of pain. What's one more week? It would be criminal to win this week. It rips your heart out to say that, but.... that is the reality if the situation.

It wasn't the Carlton game that cost us... they were never going to let that get away. It was the win against the Western Bulldogs at the Dome that year. We were ranked outsiders and got up by 40+ from memory, it wasn't long after Riley was appointed caretaker coach. I don't think we need to worry too much, despite the fact that I love this club, and like most of us - it consumes and it's all we think about... I can't see us winning 5 games this year... so lets try and win four. We have a poor run coming up - Geelong, WCE away, Hawthorn, St Kilda, Western Bulldogs, Collingwood. Really, I would love to see us knock the Pies off on Queens Birthday, but I can't see us winning too many of those games. We could be 1-10 at the halfway. Four competitive quarters of football. Thats Watt I want... The future comes first.

Matty Bate looked good today. Worked hard, presented, took some grabs kicked a couple... I think it's one of his best games. Bennell also worked pretty hard. Davey seemed to be everywhere. Miller worked hard too. Not a total loss today. Hope that we can have a crack at the Tigers next week.

I want to be able to say this surprises me... but it doesn't. Let himself down here, and shouldn't have. Okay, it's not as bad as the spot Ricky Nixon is in (!!) but it's not good for our club. Wonder if the boys rate him as a person. I've seen Colin out... but not with other Melb players.

Spot on. In fact I thought the coverage itself was poor. How many times did we miss passages of play, as they were repeating a free kick/mark etc. Very poor.

Hey All, got to say - love the inverted design - so simple and obvious and it looks great. Don't mind the MFC one either. I too was one of the members that voted 'silver' on the survey last year, just didn't expect the whole thing to be silver! The board need to show some balls and come out and say 'yes, we made a mistake and now we are going to correct it. Submit to the AFL. It can happen.
