The banana smoothie of the Far East.
  2. Sounds like a more talented Viney from that description.

You are a very intelligent and perceptive person, as your post shows. PS. The post about Robbie and more Hawthorn players being better was rubbish. He was brilliant on the footy field and modest and humble off it. A true champion and sadly missed.

THis is still the most informative and intellectual thread on DL.

Rubbish. It is because the players found out that bananas were removed from the camp menu. PS. The Australian budget surplus owes full credit for it to the banana industry which has single handedly rescued the economy.
  10. I was told it was someone else at the time.
  11. It wasn't Prue.
  12. Not sure, but if he worked on contracts probably not.
  13. These two guys worked there for 12 and 14 years and were basically told to p-ss off, hand in your pass now and get out of the station immediately. Surely after that long a little more respect is due.
  14. It's not about his being sacked, but the manner of it. Employers have the right to hire and fire, but surely unless there is gross misconduct, firing should be done with some decency. If that is how it was done, SEN would be a sh-t place to work for the rest of the staff, who now know how their employer operates. Luckily for Garry Lyon, who with Timmy has had worse ratings than Ox and Allen, while being paid a truckload more, he is mates with Hutchy . Great way to get staff morale up with that insensitive departure of two loyal employees. Nice Xmas present for their families.

    Looks like mango, the heathen.
  18. You sometimes get a feeling about a recruit and I just think that Bayley will be a good player for us. He has got to this point by virtue of hard work and he has undoubted talent. I just think he will make it. He will vie with the likes of Harmes, Hannan, Bugg, Melksham, JKH and Kent for a spot and he could end up the best of them.
  19. Certainly unbandaged in the photo at training.
  20. Well Jesse better play in front then.

  23. One of the journos said he was top 10 at the start of 2017 and only an injury dropped him back.
