The Blues into more Judd like shenanigans. The Blues could be forced into some creative accounting work to convince Betts of his prospects of earning money as a Carlton club ambassador and club official following his retirement, according to The Herald Sun.

Farewell Sam Frost
Can he play the Garlett role, because we need one of those desperately? If he is that good and not getting a game, they will be lining up for him. Can't see any line.

Well if you are on a list of a club that makes the GF and you are the last fit player left of a certain type, you could get a game. Plenty of ordinary players have played in GF's.

You don't think he is depth? Lewis, O'Brien, Gunston and Nash as tall forwards all get games before him. Even without Roughie who is no longer there. Ceglar and Big Boy also go forward. Schoenmakers is clearly depth.

List changes who do we cut, trade or go after.
Agree, as he offers far more versatility and has more attributes.

Tigers now prepared to deal on McIntosh. Are we interested?

Yes there are various ways and means to obtain a result.

Change the word "in' to "at" and DL would be on fire.

I think many on here would feel more comfortable, if a trade of Frost was linked in some way, either direct, or by use of picks, even shuffling of the pick, to getting another player. Of course one way or another we will get another player, as unless it is a very low unusable pick, we will use it to draft someone.

Anyone see anything strange about this ad on Trade Radio on the AFL site? The 2019 line-up includes the AFL's No.1 newsbreaker Damian Barrett, plus former superstars of the game Matthew Lloyd, Nick Dal Santo, Adam Cooney, Dwayne Russell, Kane Cornes and Terry Wallace. Sam McClure and Mitch Cleary round out the panel who will bring footy fans all the breaking news as trades are made.

Gun target - Key Forward recruit?
Wipe your mouth.

Jamie Elliott
Surely now the headline in tomorrow's papers should be, " Elliott snubs the Lions". Guarantee it won't be.

As I said at the very beginning, Eddie won't allow it and it won't happen. Now go after Tom Langdon.

Gun target - Key Forward recruit?
Actually Membrey always scores against us, but he isn't actually a key forward, though he does play that way against us.

Carlton have lost interest. Obviously too many other irons in the fire.

Gun target - Key Forward recruit?
Also not a hope in hell.

Gun target - Key Forward recruit?
Not a hope in hell, but his brother at North, who is not as good, could be available.

Who said we aren't a destination club. This was just sent to me by the AFL in their daily trade email. 1. Destination Demonland

They wanted AVB last year as well. If they want Hannan, do it, add AVB, throw in a decent pick and get Papley. I'd see if McCartin wants to come home, if Papley isn't a chance.

Who says? We have targeted two and will have them both by the end of the week and had a nibble at one who is injury prone and might end up staying at his club. Where have we failed so far?

WELCOME TO DEMONLAND - ED LANGDON
I am talking about Tom Langdon.

WELCOME TO DEMONLAND - ED LANGDON
We will have him in a couple of days. I get the feeling that Bell might be trying to mend a few bridges from last year and show that he will trade reasonably to then put the pressure on elsewhere, like St.Kilda.

Gun target - Key Forward recruit?
Whoops.

You think Cameron can still be FF at 39? He is on big money with this year's GF team. Look elsewhere.
