  1. Hanging to make my purchase... this could really start something big and I want to be a part of it!

The links you posted just proved that some things are more important than big corporates looking after thier own profits.

  2. Thanks, but it's not MFC related. I just want to see how the shirts sell and if they are selling well I will include a commission (and increase the price as a result) and donate that the Mt Theo program.

Adult shirts will be $30 and kids shirts will be $25 to begin with.

I'll take one of the original. Instead of a comission, I'm pretty sure you can get around the legal jargon by charging P&H and using those monies for the Mt Theo program.

  3. Can't believe all the turncoats on here carrying on about Robbo being a traitor!!

5 years ago you were screaming his name in ecstasy, egging him on to take the big grab! Now, conveniently, you call him selfish for doing exactly what you hoped he would!

Then you say he shoudln't make any comments about the club that poured his own blood, sweat & tears into for over a decade. After countless operations & injuries, he obviously hasn't earnt the right?

What a load of crap from the lot of you. The guy is a legend of the club and deserves to have his say after everything he's given us. He didn't even say anything unreasonable. He said if we go backwards and Mick was available, the club would be doing it's MEMEBERS (that's you guys) a dis-service not to talk with him. Then he goes on to say that he doesn't expect that to be the case because there is a lot of improvement in the group.

Can all those idiots in the cheap seat please sit down and be quiet. I'd like to hear from the man who stood up for the club for over a decade, provided me with hundreds of glorious highlights, threw his body where angels feared to tread, (all to thrill those idiots in the cheap seats) I think he's earned the right.

  4. Not the point mate. It's not what the club ordered. This is our new "Brand" We spent a lot of time designing this jumper, so it should be right.

But if you wish to buy 2 then cool.

Wow! My daughter had a hissy fit on the weekend very similar to the one you just put up here today..... she ended up in her room with a sore bum! Sometimes in life, things won't be exactlty the way you want or planned. It's not going to help complaining and carrying on.

I'm pretty sure the clubs not going to run around asking for heads to roll! New Balance have just come on as a new sponsor and considering the good will they have shown the club in signing on, it's time for us to show some back. If goodwill on our part means a $40 discount for a colour saturation issue on less than 2% of the jumper, then aren't we just saints?!

    Christmas Priority list

    1. Get 2 beers to Aussie soldiers serving in Afghanistan

2-999999999999999999999998. Anything else involving those less fortunate.

999999999999999999999999. Change stars from Burnt Orange to Gold.

    And that's the point!

  5. Have 2 kids and bought my first house less than a year ago and have copped 6 interest rate rises since, so I feel your pain brother!! There are some situations that a computer never accounts for. Hopefully the club come to the party and makes it right in the future. Common sense should prevail here. Contact the club's membership manager, every time I've dealt with the club they've been excellent with thier responses. Just need to be persistent and speak with the right person. If not, I'll spot you 10 bucks, it's going to a good cause!

  6. Few names on that list that interested me as rookies.

Riley Heddles, teriffic work rate on the kid and excellent footy smarts. A natural leader too. Played alot of junior footy with Scully when they both played for Berwick together and then also at the Stingrays together.

Max Otten, Andy Otten's younger brother. No other reason really.

Jarred Atkinson, so quick. Could be anything.

They all have thier downsides too, but it's a rookie draft, it's about taking punts.

  7. At times, like this, footy can seem like it's just a game. My heart goes out to Aussie, I hope he remembers all the good times he has had with his dad, over as many turtles as he can handle!

When he comes back, let's make sure Aussie knows he has another family here, who are willing to support him all the way. Because at times like these, footy can be more than a game. It can provide a support network, that whilst it cannot replace what has been lost, can provide the impetous to move forward in the next chapter of your life with love, support, courage and conviction.

The Melbourne Football Club is a family Aussie, and we'll be here to help you all the way through this and forward.

Remember the good times mate, there's one moment in particular that sits in all Melbourne supporter's minds and hearts. It's etched in MFC history and your father's legacy will forever live on through you.

  8. No remorse.

That's good. More damages if the Bulldogs and their lawyers get onto you.

Next you'll be spouting that Basketball Australia is racist because of thier immoral tv advertisments! If you read closely he says 'not saying there's a race element'. For the record it does look suspect. It's suspect that Campbell Rose comes out and says the playing group is not divided, yet players are flying the coup, second only to Brisbane. The suspicion has nothing to do with race and everything to do with player management.

Oh, and lawyers??..... over a forum comment??..... with too many interpretations??.... please!? Back to the Kennell please.

  9. A bit different to that "leader" Judd - wasn't he handcuffed to the 17yo who was blind drunk on the Bay cruise??? And his leadership at the West Coke was an ornament to the game.

    Well done Junior!

Kade Simpson was handcuffed to Casboult, not Judd. Judd took the kids phone from his pocket called Casboult's Dad and told him he'd better come pick up his son!

  10. For what its worth, I spoke to Hutchy last Friday night adn he said no Melbourne players would go to the GC. I mentioned both Jones & Bruce and he said the danger of them leaving is much closer to home than the GC.

Well, if Hutchy said so...... nuff said.

Given our clubs track record of how we deal with our older players over the past couple of years, I think Cam can see the writing on the wall.

Don't blame him for keeping his options open, I would if I were in the same postion. My mail says he will go to the GC.

  11. Pia Miller looking unbelievable as always, and Chip's girl too.

Some pretty questionable looking dresses though. If I can see your private parts, it's probably a bit inappropriate for a black-tie event

Scullgove the best looking couple by far :)

My money is still on Chip, although if Greeny wins it I reckon he's a monty for the captaincy!

What photos were you looking at????
