Too late He'll look great in hoops Even a spud like Hawkins may kick 100 goals with Dangerfield, Selwood and WATTS hitting him on the chest, lace out, every time

I'm enjoying the short replies

No biggie I never liked the Watts haters anyways

Na....soft as! Won't go when it's his turn, tackles with one arm, squibs a contest Spud

He'll go for #98......

Why, why, why, show him the door in full view of the entire footy world and potential suitors? By Thursday, 1.29pm, he'll go for a can of Coke and a packet of Twisties The commentary by Mahoney that he won't be traded unless it's a 'good deal' sounds like bs to me I'm shattered

What??? Goes to Byron for a day and is castigated and admonished by the FD and his teammates? And all of DLand?? Ffs! I'm predicting he'll leave for two years and then come back to the club and lift the premiership cup with Jesse - our very own Trent Croad

Not in a public forum - support/respect how your (ex) teammate might be traveling...

PaulRB, I'm going to reply to your sarcastic post and then I'm done on this topic Watts, in my eyes, in still developing. Before you scoff at this, I don't count the pre Roos' era as remotely close to any sort of player development. Roos found a niche for Watts and his last few years have been very good. He's not a crash and destroyer - he's about open space, delivery and finding the right options But, alas, it seems that the feedback to Watts (to improve standards) had to play out in a public arena. Now, he's going. You, and many others got what you wanted My journo son just got a text from a source who told him that Hogan met with Fyfe last week - make of that what you will Btw, I have no issues with you as a poster - I appreciate the debate with you
-
Of course you do This singlemindedness will win us a premiership, with no spiritual and well being nurturing....right Hardwick says hello, btw
-
The story was about him, but he got asked the inevitable Watts' question and fell for the bait.. ' Whatever happens to Jack is his own doing' - paraphrasing... I wish he would have just deflected the question

I see the skipper was bad mouthing his (ex) teammate again on Ch 9 news last night Shut up, Jonesy
