Brad Green was a great player and captain but he comes across as a President out of his league. He doesn’t instil confidence or stability. Hopefully Steven Smith has the maturity and business nouse to truly lead this club to a place of power. This changeover can’t happen soon enough.

The reaction of Maxy will be an interesting one to watch. Has always been a staunch supporter of his coach and they’re very close off the field.

I think Oliver will now depart however not sure on Petracca. He wanted change and I wonder if this change was part of his ideals.

Longmire, Danny Daly and Enright are the ones to chase. Would love Longmire as I think he has a good mix of ruthlessness and team first mentality.

One thing I noticed in today’s game was the leadership Petracca was demonstrating during goal breaks and during stoppages. He was very vocal and animated. Thought he looked very invested and it was great to see.

I reckon Langford was playing out of the goal square in the last quarter. Looked dangerous.
