As much as Goody was talking out of his [censored]… he was not wrong.. we weren’t far away last year… we did a load wrong, sure, but we also did a lot right. If we can fix the wrong and keep the good, we might be quite surprising to the nay sayers.

Tbh that’s pretty great as for injury outcomes. Also pretty amazing how far technology and medicine has come.

Hopefully he’s in surgery by Monday at the latest and then has a quick recovery. They mentioned a couple weeks, my guess would be closer to four to six. Hopefully it’s a break but just a hairline so it’s quicker.

Ah, makes sense. Wonder when he copped it, if he should have gone under the knife straight away to maybe have a chance. Sounds like he won’t play a game. Hope I am wrong.

Don’t be offended on his behalf.. This isn’t about him, it’s about the trade going balls up. No one’s called him a [censored] bloke or anything similar. It’s a shame what’s happened to him but it’s worse on us what could have been but hasn’t.

I’d love to know what medicals they did with him, he’s played so few games in total in his career. They would have known just how bad his body was, and if they did, it still makes me ponder why he got a three year deal.
