The ability to keep the ball in the forward line ,today was brilliant, and the tackling,and chasing the man brilliant .Broadie Miocheck has brought a toughness to our forward line Roo is playing like a CHF ,and Jake Melsham what a champion bloke and player ,saw him at the Whitten Oval totally banged up could barely move ,it was all about the club and the boys in the VFL encouraging them etc ,and then to come out today to kick the goals when we needed them and that screamer of mark and to go back and slot it that's footy .Kosi and Latrelle champagne football .

And it was a great gutsy win Good On The Boys

Lets hope we have a coach that rewards good consistent players in the VFL ,a go in the 1sts .

I often wonder with these feasibility studies ,just another name for jobs for the boys .

Is Caulfied Racetrack a White Elephant ,only really used for 2 weeks of the year .They built the mounting yard in the wrong place ,put in another track on inside with facility for lighting to have mid week night racing for Hong Kong market has not happened .MRC should not be the organisation for us to deal with .

Having grown up in the area of Caulfield Race Track ,a lot of the public did not use the area in the past as the MRC used to make out it as theirs ,now the public use it a lot just to walk , run there is a special enclosed area for dogs and dog walkers as well as the pond and nature life etc .This is crown land not MRC ,MT Scopus is buying land owned by the MRC .The only way we have Caulfield as home is we get the State Govt to lease it to us or the State Govt does something to help us ,but then you will have the community in the area cracking it .I agree with Splinters it won,t happen at Caulfield. Back to the drawing board .

Well if I could get paid to sit there like Ron Blasket and Gerry Gee with a hand up my clacker and talk absolute [censored] ,don't knock it .What do you expect these poor creatures to do get a real job .

I think that Splinters is by nature a very humble person ,and did not want to blow his trumpet the reason he was not in the rooms was that he was off to Aldi and Woolies to get all the red jelly snakes ,the boys apparently love them at half time .In the past he was the bloke in white with a Craven A filter cigarette cutting up the oranges .Passionate Dees supporters like Splinters is what we want .GO DEES .

One of my favourite moments of Clayton in the Red and Blue was when that Great Collingwood Legend Brian Taylor was doing his roving mike in the change rooms after a game ,goes up to Clayton totally dribbling out of his mouth and Clayton sitting on the floor up against the wall just looks at him and wipes him, Loved It .

Hey Splinters I might not always agree with you ,but us AMO boys who have a premiership to their name got to stick together .Clayton Oliver is a Premiership Demon and he will always be a Demon ,so all you Demonlanders who feel the need to go on about Clayton in a negative way not good !

Who cares what Caroline Wilson says ,thinks ,writes an article she wrote about Clayton in The Age a year or so was about one of the lowest forms of gutter journalism I have read .If some one said anything about one of her children what she said about Clayton she would be screaming blue murder .I used to respect her many years ago as a fine footy journalist ,but obviously she needs to top up her super ,with tabloid journalism. Time to bring in a Ruckman off the bench ,there was a situation on the AFL section in the pocket I think in 1 st Q Carlton player went up on his own at a throw in .Max cannot ruck on his own all the time for God ,s sake his doing well for his age ,love to see him with another flag and 300 games ,but it ain,t going to happen unless we have proper ruck player coming off the bench .
