  1. Hard to call at the moment. Need to see how Trac and Petty's injuries develop in the next couple of days. Without any injury I expect no change, petty to play defensive forward on Alir
  2. I agree completely. I think the majority of the frustration comes from the fact that it seems that with a bit more polish that is a 100 point thrashing still happy with a pretty solid 50 pt win.
  3. Im fine with petty up forward if they don't think there is a better option but I agree that in the long run Petty has more value to us downback
  4. our score divided by there score. Pts for / pts against
  5. Double their score equates to 200%
  6. brusied foot, just a precaution
  7. We are spoiled that we can complain about a 200% win but it really felt like we should have been pushing closer to a 100 pt flogging we owe the hawks.
  8. It felt like that was the game where Petty kicks a 3-5 goal haul and really gets his confidence up, started clunking them which was nice
  9. Rivers was best on ground in terms of exceeding expectations but the Big 3 midfielders were just immense.
  10. Really feel like petty not playing the second half had a bigger impact than I thought it would, doesn't help that the hawks actually decided to stop playing like a U-16 team for 10 mins
  11. Trac Clarry Rivers Viney Pig ANB
  12. Glad that's over... time for Goodwin to give him a week off :/
  13. Left for an hour and a half to go do work come back expecting to either crucify the AFL or praise Houghton, instead I'm blue balled
  14. Great point, I imagine Zita's understanding of law limits what he can actually understand and remember.
  15. :( forgot, they have HARLEY REID on tonight though so idk if they can spare the 2 mins to report this case
  16. Robbo masterclass incoming
  17. Yea that's why I said "injure." I responded to someone that explained the "injury" part well IMO
  18. I don't think it will be every time, but I think it gives the AFL the opportunity to pick and choose when they want to enforce this.
  19. I think that's the way it will end up but I think it sets a precedent that if they want they can. I also think they are going at us so hard because they absolutely dropped the ball with the Fogarty incident.
  20. That's why I think its such an important case, if we lose then it doesn't matter if you take mark of the year if you concuss the "injure" to any extent as you've said the guy in front of you, your done.
  21. I feel like we came with a very weak argument, Dees lawyer kept referring to being protected by rule 18.3 or whatever it is but that is not where the AFL had issue, the main issue came from "lack of duty of care" would have been nice to have mentioned that he isn't injured, and it was a precaution and that Ballard also had an incident 30 mins prior.
  22. That's where I think the majority of the confusion is coming from, the Tribunal ruled that it was a football action but that any "reasonable player" would know that he had a chance to cause injury. However they accept that it has an attempted spoil, but the charge was for striking?! very confusing overall
  23. Im more underwhelmed with with coaching staff, to put essentially a debutant on Levi, who has entire game is based around out muscling players is a bit of an odd choice. Disco's confidence took a hit from that, but I do think in a year or two he will be pretty good.
  24. Nah get the missus to do that, she's great at Max Gawn role-play.
  25. Next week is my time to shine.
