  1. Sorry, I'm coming back a bit late but yes! Just mute your TV and have the SEN Dees radio playing from your phone. Click the "sync to streaming" option which accounts for a 30 second delay as default (I have mine set to 28 seconds based on how NY Kayo seems to be streaming)
  2. Listen to Dees Radio call on SEN app - much more rewarding!
  3. He's been jinxed, and maybe the transmission of the article on Demonland has lead to the spread of our woes to Larkey haha
  4. Agreed, based on the heat map we had barely any shots from in front in the Saints game! However, in the weeks we've had the new game plan running well, we've generally been much better at coming via the corridor or players undertaking a lateral kick so we can score from in front (such as Langdon's kicks). Hopefully we are able to revert back to playing this style, and generating more favourable shots on goal, in the Pies game.
  5. The other interesting part was he talks about how he has practised so much, that when he kicks it therefore becomes a matter of muscle memory and he is less likely to be affected by the pressure of the moment / fatigue. We need some of that!
  6. Interestingly Larkey has a similar routine (and is the most accurate goal kicker in the league, iirc). Before a game he aims to kick 28 out of 30 shots at goal or something like that (based on the article from another goalkicking thread posted this month lol) Edit: found it! https://www.afl.com.au/news/1291484/inside-the-meticulous-routine-of-the-games-most-lethally-accurate-goalkicker-north-melbourne-star-nick-larkey
  7. Whenever I think of a nice reliable ball drop, so many moments and photos of TMac doing this come to mind! Favourite of course being the moment he kicks the after the siren cherry on top goal during our ground final, the picture of focus while a riot breaks out behind him 😁❤️💙
  8. afl.com.auAFL Broadcast Guide - AFL.com.auView the Toyota AFL Premiership Season television and radio broadcast guide for your location.Strange, seems to be Kayo only! You're right, LITD, that theoretically Binge will also stream it (according to the AFL website). But my understanding of the poxtel set up is the same as WWSW's understanding
  9. I posted this in another thread but it is relevant here too: [Having fast and skilful distributors like Bowey is...] part of minimising turnover in our defensive 50, to prevent the opposing team from having turnover scoring opportunities. It also helps with starting the chain of fast movement down the ground in a reasonable manner. High half forward and half back are some of the most important roles in the game now because of this. It's pleasing that our chessboard shuffling has worked alongside the new game plan!
  10. Yes and then he clearly wanted to stay on the ground, based on his grumpy face on the bench! Tough cookie!
  11. Yes it was the contest immediately before the Mills hit, remember Spargo grimacing and then rallying... only for the bump to happen. Poor Paul!

  13. This was the first double, pleasingly! I've posted the record in the Podcast thread so it can be read out by @Demonland, to clear up the confusion people have about Narrm's success
  14. It's available on 7+ app now!
  15. Chandler - always double effort
  16. 6 - Pickett 5 - Gawn 4 - Bowey 3 - Oliver 2 - Langdon 1 - Salo With thanks to many others for their hard work today!
  17. Lovely way to even up the ledger, in both wins as Narrm and for some percentage! With that win, we're at 50% win rate in games as Narrm. I've done some homework: 2025 Rd 10 - Won against Brisbane Lions Rd 11 - Won against Sydney Swans 2024 Rd 10 - Lost to Waalitj Marawar Rd 11 - Won against Euro-Yroke 2023 Rd 10 - Lost to Yartapuulti (by 4 points) Rd 11 - Lost to Walyalup (by 7 points) 2022 Rd 10 - Won against North Melbourne (first game as Narrm) Rd 11 - Lost to Fremantle 4 out of 8, not bad! ❤️💙🎊❤️💛🖤
  18. You're right, Narrm *! Loving this year's beanie
  19. I'm visiting Melbourne for my father's birthday next weekend, but annoyingly we won't have a game to attend and celebrate at! Ah well, guess the season isn't over yet...
  20. Yes, it was interesting how he described the defence zone that had been popular up until recently versus the newest iteration of zone defence we're doing which involves being in line with the defender's kick (and looks like guarding grass). Very enlightening to see how we're changing things and why it works!
  21. Maybe it should be with a Kolt figure? 😉
  22. That's cool, Kat! What is the name of the company?
  23. I believe the change is because there is no such thing as emerging Elders so to speak - a person is either presently or previously an Elder (as appointed by the community). It's like how we don't have any emerging Prime Ministers etc (as opposed to an emerging leader). Here's a good article I found about it: https://www.sbs.com.au/nitv/article/just-who-is-an-emerging-elder/yzuxeyokp
  24. No, we won Rd 11 last year iirc and we've won before then too as Narrm. But certainly think this is the most satisfying win ❤️💙🎊
