Our team is an expert on missed tackles and poor kicking skills. Not addressed enough by the coaching staff for years now.

Petty has no instinct, craft or skills as a forward. Can we please stop the experiment?

We should be capable of reaching 75k plus in a good year (where we are GF favourites).

Drinks prices, alcoholic only, are steep due to the cost of alcohol licences. Plus restaurants have a practice of 300% margin on drinks, I'd guess 75% of their profits come from drinks alone.

Season 2024 done boys. I think the club would be better served with a high draft pick (top 6) than a place in the top 8, where we will most likely lose in the first game anyways. The question is, how should we use that pick?

We need a decent KPF to play alongside JVR. Petty should go back to where he is best ... the backline. We need to improve our midfield depth. And we need a competent back up ruck. I am not sure yet how to use the top 6 pick we are probably going to get in the draft.

I think we are not, from a list point of view. We may need to tweak the way we play, but at least we can use the rest of this season and the pre season as a solid platform to be ready for 2025. We still have a good core with Max, Petracca, May, Lever, Oliver (if fit), Viney, Fritsch. It was also a pleasant surprise to see TMac and Milkshake rising up like a phoenix. Surely they can go again for one last season. And what's more exciting about this year, our group of young guns who are coming of age and will be the corner stone for the future of the club: McVee Windsor JVR Kolt Rivers Kozzy Turner But we definitely need to maximise this coming draft and trade season. A couple of veteran players and some more young talent that would make us a top 8 team again.

This will be fun, waiting for Goodwins insightful presser 🙃
