I decided to name it "news" in case someone here in Demonland actually has any information. Not intended to mislead, sorry.

The three amigos (Salem, Trac and Clarry) signed new contracts last year. However Clarry's new contract was just a 2 year extension. Salem extended 5 years and 7 years for Trac.

I think we have focused too much on Jackson's contract. HOWEVER, we should also discuss Clayton Oliver contact that ends next year. I found it a bit weird that he wouldn't sign a longer contract like his mates Salem and Trac.

Ideally the club should put in place a succession plan? By the time Goodwin's contract is up, he would have been 10 years with the club. Although it's hard to make any assumptions at the moment, I'd assume in 2025 we should still be Premier contenders.

I don't think I understand your questions. In terms of EPL I don't really follow any team. I started following the Dees in 2016, as I have mentioned before I moved to Australia in 2015. I am now a member and definitely will be going to all our home games.

For sure we want more than that but let's start with the short-mid term plans. I believe it is a synergy that once it clicks just keeps rolling.

In terms of game day experience I do tend to get carried away, I am one of those vocal and loud supporters (I have found myself shouting BALL! as much as the next bloke).

I am hopeful we do understand that. I think all the necessary foundation are there (young talent, cap space?, star players committed long term). Jackson and Oliver contracts will be key and pivotal for the next phase of long sustained success.

Are you suggesting Bowey can take Salem's place in the half backline? I do like Bowey's use of the ball but at the same time I feel Salem is more damaging for our transitions to our forward half. Can't make up my mind on this idea.

So what's the preference of the majority of our members and supporters? I have read people complaining about night time games and asking for more twilight/arvo games (can't see the club not wanting to be in the prime time slots)

So annoying that the media only talks about us is how X or Y team has shown how to beat us. No mention whatsoever of our struggles with COVID, like it was nothing. Bit frustrating considering we are the benchmark and reigning premiers 😤

That can be a bit misleading. We shouldn't compare raw numbers but rather capacity %. 40,000 at Marvel is great. 42,000 at the G is not great.

That may be right, however all (or almost all) the reserved seat areas are sold out. I am in the redlegs level 2 and for all the 3 games I have attended this year, not once I have seen that level full capacity. I Think maybe 60 to 70 % at best. Yesterday it looked more like 45 - 50 % capacity (funny enough my wife and I were the only ones in the row we have our seats on).
