With TMac and BBB not to the level required, what's the next best thing we can do with our fwd line? At some point, maybe in the next 3 or 4 weeks, we need to have a settled fwd line (and a defensive line too for that matter).

But GC is a very limited team, once we were 20 points up you'd expect the team to sustain the pressure and don't let them score big. Our backline is a worry this season , a long cry from its best from from 2021 - 2022. Heck even 2020 we looked more solid in defence.

For me it's easy: GSW to relocate to Canberra, I believe it's important to have representation in the nation's capital and compete with the NRL. They can still play few games at Giant's stadium. Sydney is not big enough market to warrant 2 AFL teams, yet. GC should fold and AFL to rethink their expansion strategy, effectively leaving the league with 18 teams... For now.

How would he describe his role alongside Lever? In a similar way as we talk about the Tap Brothers (Gawn and Grundy).

I wonder if these stats take into account rushed behinds? I have the feeling that opposition rushing the ball to prevent any danger of goal could be hurting these efficiency numbers. Against Norf I am pretty sure at least half of our behinds were rushed.

So ideal scenario is WC last, Richmond 17th and Freo 16th? However hard to see both NM and Hawthorn above Richmond and Freo.

I find solace in the fact that we have been the most efficient team in front of goal so... We should be able to score enough to make it impossible for them to do a come from behind heroic. Also, our defensive structure and clearance work is much better than the likes of Essendon and Adelaide.
